I wish so badly I could go to something like this. I first discovered Wim about 4 years ago on Russell Brand’s podcast and I fell in love with the breathing exercises🧘🏻‍♂️I haven’t done the cold shower/bath in several months though

Yes theory is a good indicator of your mental health and physical circulation. Do you turn challenge down? yes or no. Look at the folks in any of his videos they are just about all super in shape and physically active. It's correlation or causation. You decide.

It’s going to cost me $4500 Canadian for this expedition. Last time it was $2000. In both cases I can’t seem to save up enough money to do it. I’ll be running it solo practicing the breathing, the ice and cultivating the mind.

Oh I'd love too. With two children I couldn't imagine leaving them for more than a weekend with there father of course. I'd miss them so much any longer

I get that, but they can’t keep doing these things for and on a ‘low’ budget when they want to reach the entire world. Also i’ve been explained once, putting a price on things is a dedication-trigger. When paying a good amount, you’re intrinsicly commited to go all out.

people do yourself, especially your body, a favor don't throw in a towel too fast, give other opportunities a shot, even for free you can reach to nature and give your body what would make it stronger (is even how Wim started in the 1st place btw)
