First things first, Mark is one of my very favourite players, and I never like to see him beaten early doors. However that was a flawless, beautifully cpnstructed break that deserved to win any match. Well played young man 😀😀😀😀😀

@@josiewallace7968 That loss didnt have to do anything with pressure. He had just a really bad day and those two sessions were going horribly wrong. Like Ronnie lead Mark Williams 5-3 in the tour championship and lost it 10-5. Nobody would say Ronnie couldnt handle pressure, he just had a very bad session. By the way, Ronnie lead 10-6 to Brecel and lost 13-10. You wouldnt say Ronnie could not handle pressure, bro.

Si is now having a lot of confidence to to keep going forward in the next round of this biggest tournanent. Hope that he can keep this excellent form and consistency. Good luck young man.

Phil Yates is a moron of a commentator, he belongs to the worst era of commentators including the likes of Nick Halling, Jim Wych etc

I'm well chuffed for this young man , He's got the right attitude and ability to go all the way. 😉

My take snooker players have improved a lot and they sort of start catching up to big guys especially in term of accuracy and cue ball control. Its now like pressure management & decision making & luck dictate the flow of the match. But maybe this is good for snooker:unpredictable is better than results as expected where only handfull of players won it every time.

That lad has got some bottle. Brilliant break when he was under the greatest pressure. He is more than good enough to get to the semis yet again. Maybe even go one (or two) better and win the whole damn thing. A legit contender.

I love Mark but like Ronnie, when they say they don't care if they lose or not. He was angry when he hit his cue, was fist pumping when it was 9-9. So he obviously cares, so they shouldn't say they don't.

If all goes to plan Ronnie will meet the hawk in the second round if both come through in the first round then ding in the Qtr final then judd in the semi then possibly the wizard in the final

Gutted for mark williams BUT i really like how si plays, very fluent, and entertaining to watch. This is the kind of guy ronnie should be mentoring not cheats like xintong.

Tournament is really wide open this year. Lots of big shocks already, and Neil Robertson didn't even qualify...Not even Ronnie O'Sullivan is a dead cert to win

This channel doesn't show the highlights of the match often enough - just the final 8 minutes which is then basically a massive spoiler to those who were unable to follow the game live but might want to watch it later. You don't see other sports showing the final 8 minutes only and for good reason. It makes no sense
