I thought it was going to have GPS and speed info, etc, on the visor. Rs 13000 for a pair of built in head phones and BT connectivity is a bit too much.

But is it sturdy enough to save heads

Waste of money. Safest CARBON FIBRE helmet under this price AT THE END. 1. It is shocking that at 15000, it comes with micrometric quich release buckles!😮 2. To get DOT certification, manufacturers have to test the helmet themselves based on the current DOT regimes. And they can say it is DOT certified. My suggestion: Compromise on the gimmickry features, and instead buy a carbon fibre shell helmet at that price that will give much better protection with double D ring fasteners. Talking about Axor Apex Carbon (and still save ₹3000-4000) or its cousin.

Exactly, if I'm to spend such an amount I'd rather buy an AGV or HJC. Atleast I'll know that all my cash is going into safety (and a lill after brand value.)

Hi. Ather has told us the Halo series will be available in multiple sizes. The pre-production unit I tried out was an XL.

Overpriced 7-8k would be a perfect price for what it is providing in Indian market

True. Distraction is huge a risk on the road.

6-9 K range could be perfect for an introductory experience. For indian bikers initially it would be expensive.

Buy a normal helmet isi marked cost 2100 max then buy Bluetooth mic and speakers for helmets from amazon cost 3000 Total investment 5100 only then why this helmet ?

Beautiful helmet. It provides safety, entertainment and connectivity to riders where they are totally helpless. Price equivalent to a basic 5G smartphone, it will be staying longer than them with the riders.

Cool features also will be add like AC😅,, THAT'S perfect combination at this price

ISI is BIS, Bureau of Indian Standards, same symbol but different name

And how safe is the product? for this price one can easily get much safer helmets. Also bruh "DOT" is a joke, come on!

Hey, @YashAtishay! We cannot comment on the helmet as what we sampled at the event was a pre-production unit, but we will conduct a detailed review once we have the production version with us. As far as certification goes, Ather says it decided against ECE certification as doing so would have resulted in the helmet shell becoming even bigger.
