I stopped listening to Joe Rogan 5 years ago. He has Jordan Peterson on who I love and says how bad communism is, but then had Pinko Bernie on and praised communism for all the good it could do even though it’s never worked and etc… Joe is a fence sitter, he won’t take a stand on an issue most of the time. He tries too hard to be the nice guy. Joe is squish, only in it for money.

I was thinking the same thing. Seems to be a cop-out. Joe talks politics all the time and he is pretty well read. My guess is that he could bone up on whatever info he needs pretty quickly. My guess is that he simply doesn't want the backlash. The overlords would never allow the interview to happen. If it did, I doubt it would be broadcast anywhere.

No, he made it clear that he believes he's not helping others in the way it would help Trump because he doesn't believe someone like Kanye being on can alter politics. He made it clear that he feels having Trump on would have a different effect on the populace than having an artist or some UFOlogy character on. Doesnt mean he thinks hes helping all of them just because he thinks having Trump on would help him.

Honestly I think it's super close minded to bring on Bernie so the people can actually hear him in a long conversation talk about his policies but refuse Trump multiple times because you "don't want to help him". Did you want to help Bernie? Come on Joe

People are just tired of him unless they are essentially bending over a barrel for him. If I act like a nonsensical asshole and get kicked out of a club it is not the club's fault but my own. On a variety of levels Trump acted like a nonsensical asshole and people just got tired of it. I appreciate Lex more and more. This is one of the few instances where I’d say Joe is fence sitting and not trying to upset anyone. This is my first time to hear of this Lex guy. I had no idea who he was, but this video was recommended to me because I watch JRE. Based on this video, Lex is the most mediocre person I've ever heard in my entire life. How did this guy get a podcast and who in the world would listen to it? I'd rather listen to paint dry. Joe, on the other hand, is super smart, funny, and interesting to listen to!

I absolutely love Joe Rogan but it’s disappointing that he won’t interview Trump based on his reason that he doesn’t want to help him. As someone else stated in the comments, Trump will either bury himself or shine a more authentic version of himself. The beauty of Joe’s podcast is that it’s long form and he is able to bring out whether someone is genuine or disingenuous from unbiased questioning. Let the guest expose themself. He’s been very good at asking questions and if doesn’t, he’ll discredit himself by either brown nosing Trump or fighting against Trump too much.

I think he's more scared of the backlash. Having Alex Jones on pissed a lot of people off, but having Trump on would piss more people off, and it may hurt his spotify deal.

Keep in mind.... Joe Rogan was a Kamala Harris fanatic in 2020 and thought she would make an awesome president.... That clearly shows he doesn't follow politics enough to know what he's talking about.... If Trump, Biden, Obama, and Harris' economic and foreign policy was written down on a piece of paper in a side by side comparison and you put a piece of paper over who's name believed in what, you would find Joe would pick Trump on every issue..... I don't think Joe knows the difference between the party platforms, let alone what Trump believes in..... Note: You cant cruise around in muscle cars (like his 69' Camaro) and call yourself an environmentalist just because you also have a Prius in the garage, collecting dust.....

Joe’s ego won’t let him admit the real reason he won’t have Trump on is his big tech paymasters simply won’t allow it. He’d be permanently cancelled. It’s a great shame because Trump support is so far from being a fringe phenomenon. If he had Bernie Sanders on the podcast why not the Donald who garnered 75+ million votes at the last election including record numbers of blacks, Asians and Hispanics? The reasons Joe gives of not wanting to ‘validate’ or ‘rehabilitate’ his image are a total furphy.

Trump is 20x more divisive and hard to handle and purposefully provocative and much more likely to win while Bernie has never really had a chance to be president. By the way, when I said “Trump is”, no matter how many times I wrote ‘and’, my iPhone’s word suggestions always included “racist” and “ignorant”

I mean, having Bernie on but not Trump sounds pretty reasonable to me because Bernie actually has policies to sell in hopefully improving his country. Anyone with a functioning brain can understand why Trump is trash and has nothing insightful to say.
