I'm 54 years old and was raised on pretrib. I was a firm believer until my church had a split and because I lived so far from another fellowship , I spent 3 years out of a congregation and just studying and reading, coming to this understanding on my own . I struggled with it because of my upbringing, but realizing that this well may be the reason for the scripture that says " ...in those days they will say where is the promise of His coming?".

I was as you, and I find that too many of those that were once my good dear brothers and sisters in the Lord will no longer speak to me. But, I just pray that all who have been deceived by this false teaching will become made aware of the truth. God bless you.

This is talking about the believers in the last days: "Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake. And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another. And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved." Matthew 24:9-13 That's not talking about the unbelievers.

@@logiciskey7 That's pretty much how I have taken the whole Bible into my life; only what I receive from the Holy Spirit. I was born a Catholic, and when I was born again at the age of 20, I became a dry sponge, and the Bible was the water that I soaked up for months without stop, reading and reading. God started revealing to me truths that I was never taught, as a Catholic, showing me the many things that I was taught as a Catholic that was not biblical at all, and I left it. I was 1 1/2 years into being born again before I was delivered from a demon I had from childhood, and once that happened, I received the Holy Spirit, and He has led me into all truth as Jesus declared He would, and I have never, at the leading of the Lord, gone to a man's theology school. I learn from the Word, and the Holy Spirit's revelation. Most church people will have nothing to do with me, for they are more religious than truth seekers. I believe that a true believer is one that Jesus defines, one that does the same works that He does, even greater, and that these signs will follow them that believe, they will lay hands on the sick, and they shall be healed, they will cast out demons, speak with new tongues, trad upon snakes and scorpions, and if they intake anything that is poisonous it will by no means harm them. If these signs are not following you, according to Jesus, you are not a true believer of the gospel of the kingdom of God. He came not to forgive men of their sins, but to redeem mankind back into the sons of God they were created to be, with all authority over the powers of darkness. We had to be forgiven first, so that was just the way for us to come into being born again of he Spirit of God, no longer living by the old nature, lusts of the corrupted flesh, but not, life by the Spirit, that makes us one with the Father, just as Jesus was one with the Father. I have been to Africa many times, and I have seen the power of God do the very works of Jesus, because I know that if I will be obedient to Jesus' command to lay hands of the sick, then He through the power of the Holy Spirit which has been poured out upon me, will do what the Word spoken through the believer commands it to do, and will cause the demons to be cast out, and for a dead boy to be raised to life as we laid hands upon him and in the authority that is in the name of Jesus used in the one that believes, that boy came back to life. But, when I come back to America, most will just say something like, "Oh, WOW. That's amazing, but they really don't believe, for if they truly believed, they would flock to me and ask me to tell them all about it, and want to have that same kind of experience, as they should if they say they believe, but they are not seeing the kind of things happening in their life, but they keep their distance from me, thinking that either I'm lunatic, or I am a liar. But, I stand before God, and I know the truth of what I have experienced what God can and will do through them that truly believe. Sorry, I've gone on and on. I hope this may encourage you in some way. I am now retired, and my plan is to carry on the work that God has placed upon me and return to Malawi again soon. Well said Brother Joel. I was brought up in a Pre- Tribulation mindset, and years ago The Lord opened my eyes that the church will be here during the Tribulation Period. I'm thankful The Lord opened my eyes. I still love my brothers and sisters who follow the Pre Tribulation Rapture and pray The Lord opens their eyes as He did mine.

Daniel 9:27 gives a few highlights of the final week, the seven-year tribulation period: “[A ruler] will confirm a covenant with many for one ‘seven.’ In the middle of the ‘seven’ he will put an end to sacrifice and offering. And on a wing of the temple he will set up an abomination that causes desolation, until the end that is decreed is poured out on him.” Jesus refers to this passage in Matthew 24:15. The ruler who confirms the covenant and then sets up the abomination is called “the beast” in Revelation 13. According to Daniel 9:27, the beast’s covenant will be for seven years, but in the middle of this week (3 ½ years into the tribulation), the beast will break the covenant, putting a stop to the Jewish sacrifices. Revelation 13 explains that the beast will place an image of himself in the temple and require the world to worship him. Revelation 13:5 says that this will go on for 42 months, which is 3 ½ years (the second half of the tribulation). So, we see a covenant lasting to the middle of the “week” (Daniel 9:27) and the beast who made the covenant demanding worship for 42 months (Revelation 13:5). Therefore, the total length of time is 84 months or seven years. We also have a reference to the last half of the tribulation in Daniel 7:25. This whole series is fantastic. I am so grateful to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for the grace He has given to have come across the FAI family. Thank you, FAI, for your dedication and commitment to building up and exhorting the Body of Christ. May you continue to be completely immersed in the trinitarian community of love.

You're right! A lot of pre-trib care more about the possibility of their pets being "left behind " but don't think twice about going to a feast while fellow believers suffer terribly.

Fellow believers do not get left behind. Unless they are fakers and never truly trusted in Christ as their Savior. Those that Jesus never knew. And if course the Bible says the Jews will not repent and believe the gospel . That's why they are left behind. The Bible clearly tells you it's the Jewish people who are still worshipping false gods and 8fols that will be here during the tribulation. But I suppose if you're against the rapture and you prefer to believe we are punished along with unbelieving Jews then maybe you are choosing you will to God. It's one thing to say you are unsure and another thing to call us pre tribbers names and saying we are going to helll because of our beliefs that you feel justified in condemning us. Pot calling the kettle black. .?

Not all those that believe in pretrib will go in pretrib. The Philadelphian saints are the church of BROTHERLY LOVE. The bride wants all saints to be harvested with the barley company at pretrib. The bulk of the church will reject the bridal calling. Believers will go to heaven when they are ready to be harvested. The crop must be ready before it can be harvested. Barley and wheat are both grain companies that are both planted at the same time, in the autumn. Barley matures faster than wheat and are harvested in the spring. Wheat is harvested in the summer. Wheat is the great multitude church gathered in Rev 7. The final company, caught up at midtrib, before the open door is shut, are the grapes that are gathered at midtrib. The grapes are the 144,000 Jews.

Maranatha from Finland 🇫🇮, only about 25 miles from the Russian border. Thank you Joel for your powerful bible study series about the rapture and the endurance of the Saints. I have really enjoyed watching all the episodes and I will continue to watch the future ones too. Here in Finland the pre rapture teaching is very popular and I assume that the majority of christians here believe in it. I am totally assured, that we will be here during the tribulation, if we are still alive. It is not always easy to face all the sufferings God allows us to face, but we should be able to carry our crosses like Jesus taught us and did for us. I lost my beautiful 22 year old daughter as a victim to a homicide a couple of years ago. It was the most painful experience imaginable. Last Thursday I had brain aneurysm surgery and today by God's mercy I'm still alive. I even got to witness about Jesus to the hospital nurses. Pain and suffering are our portion, as well as joy and abundance. Glory to God most high and Maranatha!

Well delivered! The glorification and clothing of the Bride with her wedding attire happens after the great tribulation. She will be radiant and spotless for the Marriage celebration. Her persecution and suffering will be over and her blessed joy will last forever.

@@dewalphneal2811 The Scriptures you quote show that Israel is divided in two. Paul calls the one part "the election" who have recieved God's grace and His righteousness. The other part, Paul calls "the rest" who are blinded and hardened. Likewise, the Gentiles are divided into the same categories. The remnant of Israel and of the Gentiles who are made righteous in Christ by their robes being made white in His blood, together make up the Bride of Christ.

I appreciate your observance of the latter, however you also have these who Christ tells “because you have kept the word of my patience I will keep you from i.e. ek’ out of the temptation that is going to try the whole world. There are those who come out of it and there are those who are kept from it. Jesus said to pray “lead us not into temptation”, why would he teach us to pray for what is inevitable?

Praying for your wife, Joel. 🙏🕊 Very thankful for this series. It’s sometimes very disheartening to try to reason with those whose hope is tied to pre-trib rapture. I’ve been accused of trying to steal people’s hope and joy for saying that the pre-trib rapture is an unbiblical lie and that we will go through the tribulation and should be prepared to. We need to study what the Bible says and not just listen to preachers whose messages make us feel good and comfy. We need lots of oil in our lamps for what’s to come because everything that can be shaken will be shaken.

Isn't our hope and joy still going to be realized when Christ returns? No persecution however horrible can take that away from us. If we die, we'll meet Him before He returns.

I can't say it enough, finding FAI early in my walk was such a blessing. I was stepping fast and deep into a mainstream narrative just finding The Lord I was on fire to know more find other Christians and worship. I was floored by the radical differences between the church I remembered from my youth and the churches today in my small town. The Loud concert type Sunday morning sermons, the focus on "self" and yes the pre trib....the we are outta here belief. I remember my grandmother speaking with me about The people and the region that was important in past and future. I remember her saying all eyes to Israel. I didn't know why she use to say that all the time it's so strange cause now I do and it feels almost fateful. The nostalgia for lack of a better word that finding the Lord recently in my older years has brought to me is so beautifully strange. I learned so much from these guys at FAI all the sessions in where series

The one argument that baffles me is when pre-trib brothers and sisters say that “tribulation saints” will be martyred because they didn’t buy a pass before the window closed, therefore this is their severe grace. They’re gonna be saved, but they need to suffer.

Indeed some will be saved as by fire, during the Great Tribulation period. But the pretrib "tribulation saints" argument is mere supposition.

I too was a pre trib. The reason was because I felt that it would be impossible to go through it. But now I know our Lord wants us to go through this. This is His plan. And His plan is always perfect and never wrong. Thank you so much Joel for the truth. I do also feel very sad for some pastors teaching pre trib. I am a Calvary chapel student. And they teach it's your choice. But I believe if it's not the right choice this could be devastated result. I'm glad that more and more people are waking up and doing the research I love you my dear brother Joel. Please keep teaching us the truth.

It never ceases to amaze me at how they can say these this. Im with you on this spiritual , emotional abuse. Its a sad day when the speaker, preacher, teacher , beats up the body then accuse Jesus of the same.

I was on the fence about this for some time. As a fairly new born again Christian of about a year, most of the Christians I came across were pre-trib. So at first I simply thought this was an added bonus of becoming a Christian. However, to be completely honest I didn't know the Bible at all at this point. Now obviously I'm still learning as each day goes by. But one of the things I thought was strange about this point of view you're discussing is the fact that Jesus himself was mocked,beaten and crucified for our sins. Add to that weren't all but one of his apostles murdered in the end? So then why would people think we wouldn't/shouldn't have to go through the same thing? But I never hear anyone raise this point. I certainly understand why people want to be Raptured before all of the chaos. That's why I was completely on board with this type of thinking. Unfortunately the more I learn the less it (pre-trib) makes sense. And why it's so important to stay in the word and continue reading the Bible. It is the only thing that will get us through the coming times.

I totally agree about Jesus went through suffering and we're no better than going through the same. Then died for us and we'll die for him. I worry about the young children having to endure this for most part. There is no way they could ever understand..God bless all brothers and sisters. Much love!

I’ve read my bible several times, and use to go to bible studies. We never, never discussed a pre-tribulation. And when I read Revelations, I never got the impression of a pre-tribulation rapture. (At the last Trump, on the last days we will be caught up.) The life is in the Blood! Yahshusa said we would have tribulations in this world..mortality must become immortal. Prayers for Joel .

Which bible translation are you doing bible studies from?

WE have a narcissistic form of Christianity taught in these churches. I remember about forty years ago when this went "viral" across the nation. I remember all the "rapture ready" stuff with people writing letters to those "left behind". Prepaying for pet care, running up credit cards(they would be gone so they would not be here to worry about paying it off). Others giving everything away because a date was prophesied that they would be gone. Then they were angry it did not happen. It seems to follow a four or five year elevation pattern. Simplicity put: Get Baptized ( you get a Baptismal certificate), tithe to us, do as thy wilt, wait for rapture date. I have had patients die. I have had two different feelings in a room . One was peaceful and the other was not. One was so bad, I did not want to be in the room. I have witnessed demon possession on the psyche ward. No amount of "medication" was going to help. I have seen suffering and pain. I can not fathom why these people think they will not go through anything. WE have had historical events such as World War 1 AND 2 ,The Great Depression, etc. But, for some reason God is going to rapture them out of a movie theater, concert, sports game, amusement park etc. Thank you for making this video. It is truly needed.

Ironically, it was this escapism mindset, all about escaping persecution is what is going to bring about their persecution. the Church let the country go to hell in a handcart because they got so caught up in trying to figure out when Jesus was going to get them out of here, that they forgot all about His command to occupy til He comes. Jesus took a ragtag group of 12 disciples and built His church in the midst of the Roman Empire. The pre-trib church, took a nation founded on Godly principals and turned it into the Roman Empire.

We are going through the tribulation. We have to endure till the end . The servant is not greater than the master. May our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ have mercy on our soul. Love and prayers for everyone. Great message and I'm glad someone finally spoke up about this there are so many on KZread that are leading many people astray. I had rebuked someone about what they were saying and those were the exact words that he said to me Jesus is not going to let his bride be beat up. I could name many also that thinks they're going to flitter away out of here. You can't tell them any different you can but they don't listen and they don't have eyes to see or ears to hear. I want to thank you again for discussing this it needed to be discussed because many are being led astray, by these false teachers. God have mercy on them that they may open see the truth before it's too late.

As I was watching this video, I thought of this passage. Revelation 6: 9 When he opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the witness they had borne. 10 They cried out with a loud voice, “O Sovereign Lord, holy and true, how long before you will judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?” 11 Then they were each given a white robe and told to rest a little longer, until the number of their fellow servants and their brothers should be complete, who were to be killed as they themselves had been.

It must be totally disheartening to be waiting years for a rapture that hasn't happened, when if they read the Bible properly they wouldn't view it the same, as they would clearly see it's later.

I have heard the beat up bride argument as well from Perry Stone. Thanks for your teaching and pointing out the common arguments. They matter.

There is a pretrib rapture dear believer but not all those that believe in pretrib will go in pretrib.The Philadelphian saints are the church of BROTHERLY LOVE. The bride wants all saints to be harvested with the barley company at pretrib. The bulk of the church will reject the bridal calling. Believers will go to heaven when they are ready to be harvested. The crop must be ready before it can be harvested. Barley and wheat are both grain companies that are both planted at the same time, in the autumn. Barley matures faster than wheat and are harvested in the spring. Wheat is harvested in the summer. Wheat is the great multitude church gathered in Rev 7. The final company, caught up at midtrib, before the open door is shut, are the grapes that are gathered at midtrib. The grapes are the 144,000 Jews.

Thank you so much. You are saying exactly what He is teaching me as every time I open my Bible, it falls on these passages as He prepares my heart! I see it clearly. One thing that popped out this week was when Jesus said, re being persecuted, "it will be a testimony against them." God seems to allow sin to be played out so that all can see...the person who is in sin to hopefully lead to repentance, and also for the wicked to have their sin exposed. IT has to play out. He doesn't say "I see you would have done such and such" but rather allows us to see it in living color. I also see in scripture that we will be rewarded for the things that we do by His power and in His name. I believe that the Lord longs for his people to share in his glory. No, it doesn't save us. Flesh can't inherit his kingdom, but His Spirit can give us strength to do our part in sharing in his suffering so we will share in his glory. This is all Bible. GBU all!

Got saved at 17 in 1971. Began reading & was drawn to the end times prophecies that same year. Been watching & warning ever since. But originally those I studied were from the 50s/60s - all PreTrib. Abt 30 years ago, I kept coming on the verse abt Last Trumpet - wondered but didn’t follow up. A number of years later it was occurring again & I only followed up a little. I was searching for answers to ‘other’ issues, like the 7 heads & 10 horns. Got that established but was confused abt timing of ‘rapture’ IF there was such a thing as the rapture. Kept searching out various other questions I had & then when ‘20 & vx was establishing I too was curious abt the MARK. That’s when I finally got serious again abt the questions I had been building abt rapture. I set out to find evidence (scripture) of the ‘rapture.’ Lol, haven’t found any yet, but it is what led me to find FAI. Thoroughly enjoy y’all’s studies. My own sister has used the God wouldn’t do that to us on me. I asked her then why were the Disciples persecuted/killed; what abt whole communities & ppls since Christ died, been persecuted/killed? I hope over a few convos we’ve had that she has at least some pause to reconsider the preTrib teachings. I’m thankful tho for these preachers/teachers drawn to educate on end time events as THEY are abt the only ones talking abt it. Tho they may have rapture wrong they are still teaching/showing END TIME EVENTS presently happening, plus other Bible teachings. I have a couple of the Calvary Chapels I listen to, primarily for up to date current events happening. I don’t push too hard in comments on their channels but occasionally will make a point by scripture. I think they may go as far as until the Beast is taking reign in still believing in a rapture. At some point before that, probably when the Seals/Trumpets are recognized, I will say, it’s time to rethink the rapture & the Seals & Trumpets & prepare to be martyred if need be. I had that convo w/Jesus 3 years ago. And I was surprised by my own heart looking for an escape. I had to come to terms w/that. And Jesus asked me a very pointed question. But the searching for a rapture put me on an exhaustive never ending study of the Word & EndTimes which I am very grateful for. Still going today… Biggest thing I’m learning abt the rapture theory is ALL the verses used for it have in common - phrases like: Day of the Lord, Son of Man Coming, That Day etc AND in context is always the questions to Jesus or Paul or Peter WHEN is the END? These sound like 2nd coming passages not some escape. Finally began looking up Day of the Lord - which I’ve always thought was the 1000 Yr Millennium, His Reign on Earth. I think it is, but what is interesting is the prophets’ passages say things like Day of Lord is TERRIBLE/DREADFUL, full of wrath- so this is where I’m at - I’m thinking the DAY of the Lord begins during the bowls aka wrath. I’m thinking the ‘shortened’ time, the extra days from Daniels 1260, the judgment, maybe even the Silence in Heaven for 1/2 hr all have something to do w/the beginning dreadful DAY of Lord & cumulates in his taking reign. What’s helped me keep up w/all the parts of Rev & Daniel, Zechariah, Isaiah etc is making a timeline - the Beast takes reign w/only 3.5 yrs. So all events are BEFORE he takes reign or AFTER. That’s when I began realizing Apollyon released BEFORE, Harlot is destroyed in one hour AFTER w/his 10 New Kings. (Most likely within hours or days of taking reign, as is also the MARK- but w/Mark we don’t know, if proclamation of can’t buy or sell or be killed, is upon mandating or gradually, maybe a few weeks like the vx mandates were.) Another interesting point I came upon in ‘21, which I had seen & not understood for years & years is the Kingdoms & Kings etc Daniels 10, plus little horn = 11, minus 3 = 8. John’s 7= 5 fallen, 1 is & one to come. AND the EIGHTH. Finally I realized ok the 7th(one yet to come) is who goes into the Temple in Jerusalem, but when he comes out HE’s THE EIGHTH. If follow all the verses around the Bottomless Pit you’ll see it - HE’s the EIGHTH. Dragon gives this one all his power. So Apollyon, KING of Bottomless Pit is the 8th, an entity, Exceedingly Dreadful. There must be an in-dwelling that takes place during what I call the Temple Event (Abomination of Desolation). Will this be 3 days as Jesus was 3 days in tomb before resurrection? Goes in w/deadly head wound comes out ‘healed / resurrected’ (FAKE) or whatever they’ll call it. This will also play into the deception when he proclaims he’s god. So will the demonic 200million army that also comes out of BPit, will this Beast, the 8th, control them as his army? Haven’t yet followed thru studying/reasoning that out. Great teaching Joel - can you recommend other non-preTrib believers that have channels? In three years I haven’t found any. Maybe my search is skewed.🤷‍♀️ I’ll try again. Blessings!!

Wow…what an awesome lesson! I didn’t know about this awful comparison. Scoffers really do come in various types…What’s really sad…we haven’t seen the end of this type of manipulation. With each push for supporting the efforts against domestic violence, the stronger the emotional appeal…and more people will believe in a pre-tribulation raptured out deliverance. It takes a stronger faith to believe God will protect us through it than it is to hope for rapture out of it.

I really enjoyed this teaching. I used to be pre trib for years until God opened my eyes. Do these pre trib people think Jesus is marrying their present physical body which is tortured? Have they ever heard of a new immortal body when we are resurrected or changed? Thank you Joel for this wonderful clarity.

There is a difference between an immortal body, and being glorified, but most in the church have no idea. Truth is, all "rapture" doctrines of the denominations are incorrect, some are partly correct. Ask yourself this question, which English bible translation are you using. The answer will immediately inform you if your eschatology is wrong. And truth be known, scripture is clear there will be multiple harpazo.

I am so thankful for these teachings, as they wake up many to the reality of what God is doing, what is coming and what we should be prepared for. Part of me is saddened though, as so much of my brethren mock the notion, just like those shepherds, the fact that we will face martyrdom and suffer for the Lord... many beloved brothers and sisters will be unwilling to suffer for the Lord because of what they have been taught and ingrained to believe. @@donhaddix3770, that's a lot of scripture being used out of context. Revelation 13:7 (among many other OT and NT scriptures) debunk the pre trib fantasy. Those who hold tightly to a pre trib notion are the most likely to fall away. That is what saddens me about so many brethren. They cling to cowardly escapism, instead of faithful endurance. And more importantly, making Christ Jesus known in a hostile world.

Your comment is but clear evidence from a human logic perspective, that there is no such thing as "once saved always saved". Many will depart from the faith for reasons you say. You cannot depart from a faith you were never in.

I agree with all of this and that's why I reject the great tribulation as God's wrath, or even directed by God. He merely allows Satan to wage water against the world and persecute all who don't bow down to him. God's wrath against The Beast begins with the bowls of wrath, then Christ returns and wages war against the nations of the world in Chapter 19.

LUKE Chapter 22 is the Passover/Last Supper. Jesus gave to the disciples bread and wine which He stated was His body and His blood making THEM part of His body. He tells them I will not eat any more and I will not drink until the Kingdom of God COMES. This would be the RESURRECTION of the dead and the catching away at His COMING. The Lord's Prayer says THY KINGDOM COME ON EARTH. Jesus Himself says I won't be eating and drinking until I come again. There is no pre-trib.

If our Lord Jesus went through tribulation until death to offer up himself to give us a chance for redemption and to dwell with him, then at the very least we must be willing to go through our own tribulation and to die in Christ to honor him. To the people who go through the great tribulation, whether it's this generation or not, if you overcome, then the rewards will be worth it.

There is a pretrib rapture dear believer but not all those that believe in pretrib will go in pretrib.The Philadelphian saints are the church of BROTHERLY LOVE. The bride wants all saints to be harvested with the barley company at pretrib. The bulk of the church will reject the bridal calling. Believers will go to heaven when they are ready to be harvested. The crop must be ready before it can be harvested. Barley and wheat are both grain companies that are both planted at the same time, in the autumn. Barley matures faster than wheat and are harvested in the spring. Wheat is harvested in the summer. Wheat is the great multitude church gathered in Rev 7. The final company, caught up at midtrib, before the open door is shut, are the grapes that are gathered at midtrib. The grapes are the 144,000 Jews.

@@jsteele650 Sorry brother, but that is NOT what Jesus told us. In Jn6:39,40,44,54 KJV that he shall raise ALL believers (not some or many or almost all - but ALL believers) “on the last day”. That a one day, one time “first resurrection” (Rev20:5 KJV) that happens when the sun and the moon go dark, immediately AFTER the tribulation. (Rev6:12-13 Matt24:29-31 KJV) Pre-Tribbers can’t bring their own pieces to the jigsaw puzzle and insist the picture appears as they want it to appear. We must stick with correctly balance scripture! Nowhere does scripture say the he 144,000 evangelise Jews! That’s fantasy! Nowhere does scripture call the whole of Daniel’s 70th week as “a 7-year tribulation”. That’s man’s words! There’s gonna come a time very soon when the events of Daniel’s 70th week begin to unfold, and pre-tribbers are gonna realise that the pre-Trib “Left Behind” doctrine in a big, fat lie! The gathering will happen and it will happen according to how Jesus taught in matthew 24 according to the signs given. We will know false prophets when their word turn to be lies. But many will still follow them because the power respect of persons has on people and their unwillingness to prove the truth but rather parrot what they have been told. 2 Thessalonians 2.

@@familylovemediaservices4297 Best not to make any comments when you know it is not from God, to get labelled as such. And the scripture does not just talk of a gathering. Think Enoch as a type. Then go read Rev 12:5 and understand there will be some taken direct to the throne long before any gatherings commence.

I think a lot of times people who say things like "Jesus wouldn't allow his bride to be beat up and then drag her to the wedding" they don't realize the implications of what they're saying. To point it out to them I would say "right, because that would mean Jesus doesn't love the church, right? (they'd say, 'exactly!") id continue, "Because no one would 'beat up his bride and then drag her to the wedding'- such a person doesn't really love his bride, right?" My next question would be "so then why did God allow it to happen to the early Church? Are we any better than they? Are they less a part of the body of Christ-those who were first to believe- and first be martyred -are they less than we? So God didn't really love the Early Church, right?"

People claim it’s not an issue of salvation-but it is. Imagine those who are fence-sitting with their “fire insurance” being hit square between the eyes with the real truth. Many would run and collapse at the feet of Jesus and begin a real relationship with Him IMHO.

Amen! I have been trying to use scripture to convince Pre-tribs that their view is un-biblical. I lay down by Chapter and Verse the evidence against their view, and then ask them to counter my argument in a similar manner, as a result, I'm either ignored or in essence insulted, I have used your argument regarding the cross and the large number of persecuted saints, but it seems that they believe themselves different or better than our persecuted brethren. --This angers me to no end!

I see so many pretrib people citing the fact that God's people are not appointed to wrath. True. But my question is, how much of tribulation is wrath from the devil, and how much of it is God's wrath? And therefore is it safe to say that, the rapture will be after at least some of the devil's wrath and definitely before God's wrath?

God's wrath occurs the last 3 1/2 years of tribulation during the Time of Jacob's Trouble. The 1st 3 1/2 years are judgment because they rejected the truth. God will have a very small remnant speak before tribulation even starts but they will be rejected by both the bulk of the church and the world! Isaiah 1:9 [9]Except the LORD of hosts had left unto us a very small remnant, we should have been as Sodom, and we should have been like unto Gomorrah.

IF WE ARE STILL ALIVE WE ARE ALL GOING THROUGH THE TRIBULATION

No one likes the idea of suffering. When Peter heard what Jesus was going to go through he took on a humanistic worldview which is always contrary to the wisdom of God. That was a great example of what these teachers are doing and the level of response should be the same!

I became a Christian in a church with very weak sermons. Pastors were self-educated. We haven't heard any sermons on tribulation. The only thing we had was the Bible. We were reading our Bibles, and that was the best source of information. We were not influenced by any eloquent preacher, and we didn't find any information about pre-trib rapture. We were not even aware that this false doctrine exists. Imagine our surprise when we discovered that the vast majority of NA Christians believe in it while it's not in the Scripture! How is it even possible?

There are many issues like this in the Bible where we truly don’t know how this is all going to take place according to God’s plan. I think we all need to be careful picking a side and thinking we are right and they are wrong. There are things to be rightly divided about but maybe this isn’t one of them. The study is interesting but let’s make sure we also take the time and energy to spread the word so that as many as possible join us in the Kingdom regardless of their view on whether or not we will see the tribulation period. Colin, Yes brother, I have been studying this from all sides for 50 yrs. and I am still not sure. I have prayed and called on the Lord until I am blue in the face, but still I am not sure. Joel makes some good arguments, and so does the other side. I sure don't want to see the Antichrist, but if necessary I am willing. I have been sick for yrs. now and probably not going to last another couple of yrs. let alone seven, but I feel like Daniel when the angel told him to seal up the book, it wasn't time yet. I know we are in the season though and I don't understand why I can't finalize this. I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but OH LORD!!!!

I love these studies. “I will allow My Body to imitate Me, to follow after Me, to embrace The Cross… There is the wisdom of the world, there is a natural wisdom, there is a way that seems right unto man, but the end there of is death. We serve a Messiah who willingly stepped down under Heaven, He allowed Himself to be betrayed by His friends, to be arrested by His country men, to mocked, to be beat on, to be stripped, to shamed, to be tortured, to be mutilated, to be torn apart, to be murdered in front of everyone. His entire life was stolen. He subjected Himself to that willingly and then, He calls us to imitate Him! I hear this argument alot. They forget we are a spiritual bride, not a physical one plus forget that God is giving us new, incorruptible bodies, in the twinkling of an eye.
