Weird isn't it? We went from being afraid of the tribulation to now wanting to be in it. Had a discussion with a friend the other day. She is hard core pre-trib rapture. She wouldn't let me speak after I told her the truth. I finished the discussion that I want to be a part of all that Holy Spirit supernatural gifting that will be poured out during that time. She thought I was crazy. lol Its not a salvation issue regardless of which stance we take, so unless anger gets ramped up, it is enjoyable to discuss the point-counterpoint.

Agreed, that’s why I like red letter Bibles, if you start with the words in red and form your theology and or eschatology around Jesus’s words there is no pretrib rapture. And we have been grafted in to what God has started with Israel, so Jacobs trouble will be our trouble.

this message has been in my heart for years. Even back in the 2000s I was arguing that we would not be raptured. In the past few years it has been placed on me that we will have work to do during the tribulation in that we will need to go to different churches to give them the message we ARE in the tribulation. That rapture was NOT in God's will and to NOT take the mark. I don't expect to survive to Christ's return . That I will be martyred. But I believe THAT to be God's will for me. So many things are revealed to me on a continuing basis. I am not troubled, but strengthed by the constant affirmations.

This message has touched me in the deepest recess of my entire being. Thank you Joel, Dalton & the entire FAI team for opening my mind, my spirit & my soul. The endurance of the saints is a 2nd chance to prove that we stand with Israel, to stand with & follow Jesus, to make our redemption count as the most exquisite blessing upon the saints. MARANATHA!

YOU NAILED IT!!! This video deeply resonated with me as I didn't consider the importance of preparing mentally for the tribulation as I didn't know how. You provided a very critical mindset in considering how to frame this event and win the race. To believe that we have the HONOR to be CHOSEN to endure this in Christ's name is a very positive mindset for this ordeal. I completely agree with you that the greatest apostasy will occur when people are unprepared mentally to deal with personal harm and/or death. I can sympathize with the people in WWII who did nothing as I doubt that I would have done any different. This realization angers me as does my own weakness and cowardice. It will take strength, courage and faith in God to endure the trials and tribulations to come. I pray for this daily and ask that it supplant my weakness and cowardice that consumes me. Until you had commented about the OPPORTUNITY during the tribulation to prove your worth, I did not know how to mentally process this event. I have debated the meaning of, "Many are called but few are Chosen" and I think that you have provided a perfect explanation of this. Many have been called to God, to Christ, to the Church and how many will survive the trial by fire and not fall away? You mentioned that if you were able to help five people with your message then it was worth it. I hope that I will be at least one of the five (hopefully more) that connect with what you have said. It will take preparation, diligence and conditioning to endure this monumental event. When standing in front of the Judgement seat, I cannot say that I was not warned or provided a sound stratagem in winning this race. All I have to say is Thank You and Job Well Done!

Joel, I listen to you, because you tell the truth on Matthew 24, and I agree with you, unless the teaching that many would fall away, means us as Christians, and that the true tribulation is something as Christians we will experience, many will be stunned and fall away because they will have felt and rightly so, that they’ve been lied to. This is a very important teaching, and I hope that pre-tribbers Will read the word for themselves. It’s Jesus who is telling us the truth in his word, because he doesn’t want any to end up in hell, and I bless your heart for having the same heart as his! God bless you, Joel. God bless and heal your precious wife, and give you the strength that you need every hour of the day to proclaim the truth of his word and love Jesus has for us all. GREAT JOB, JOEL!!! 👏👍✝️ Joh 15:20 ISV "Remember what I told you: ‘A servant is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted me, they will also persecute you. If they kept my word, they will also keep yours." If we are His followers we are also His servants. He said this TWICE. We are NOT greater than our Master and it IS a blessing to follow Him even into death. Rev 12:11 AKJV "And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and **they loved not their lives to the death.**" There's another good hint that we should be prepared to GLADLY lay down our lives for our Lord.

I didn't think I needed to watch this video or several others you produced; I do not/have never believed in PTR. And then, a few months ago, all I can say is the Holy Spirit lit a fire of interest and urgency in me to be able not only to explain why I don't believe PTR but to be able to stand my ground. I had NO IDEA how intense the fight would be!! I thought I would be able to speak reasonably, have a normal back-and-forth conversation with friends at church who believe in PTR. It has been like speaking to someone in a cult, they are so entrenched in these beliefs. So I prayed and prayed, asked God to provide clear thinking, clear understanding, take me where I needed to go to do the research, show me. He brought me to FAI, for one, and I have not only learned so much but also have been equipped to stand my ground when my friends start literally yelling Scriptures/PTR belliefs at me. This week I doubled down on learning who Darby/Brooks/Moody were; how US history fanned the flames of dispensationalism; I studied dispensationalism -- here I am 68 years old, masters degree, retired teacher, longtime Christian, and I believe the Holy Spirit has stirred the waters of my soul to wake me up, get me prepared for what is coming. 2024 looks scary. I pray God continues to help me prepare. Then, last Sunday, our pastor launched into a sermon that was taken right out of the PTR playbook, regurgitating every PTR argument and even saying about certain verses, "We don't have to worry about that one!" My husband and I sat there, thunderstruck and downhearted about this huge disappointment in our pastor(s). I will say this: out of 250 people, there were very few "amens," and that gives me some hope. Thank you, FAI Studios, for your work in teaching us truth in such a time as this!

What does an understanding of the New Covenant do to the Pretrib Rapture doctrine? Since the New Covenant is “everlasting” in Hebrews 13:20, how is the New Covenant Church age going to end seven years before the Second Coming of Christ? Why would anyone think God is going back to the Old Covenant system now made “obsolete” by the New Covenant in Hebrews 8:13? We are not come to Mount Sinai in Hebrews 12:18. We are come instead to the New Covenant church of Mount Zion and the blood in Hebrews 12:22-24. Once a person comes to understand the New Covenant promised to Israel and Judah in Jeremiah 31:31-34, which is found fulfilled by Christ during the first century in Hebrews 8:6-13, and Hebrews 10:16-18, and specifically applied to the Church in 2 Corinthians 3:6-8, and Hebrews 12:22-24, modern Dispensational Theology falls apart, and the pretrib removal of the Church falls with it. The Capitol "C" Church, as we use the word today, is not found in the entire Book of Revelation. Individual church bodies in ancient Asia Minor are found. In Revelation 12:11 we find those under the blood of the Lamb. A person cannot be under the blood of the Lamb and not be a part of the New Covenant Church of Jesus Christ. Verse 12 of this passage proves at least part of the tribulation period is the wrath of Satan upon the people of God. Rev 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. Rev 12:12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time. "It may come as a surprise to most pre-Trib prophecy students that the post-Trib position (in its primitive form) is the oldest point of view." (The quotation above is from the book "Will You Escape The Tribulation? RAPTURE [Under Attack]", by Tim LaHaye, copyright 1998, Page 197.) Tim LaHaye was co-author of the “Left Behind” books and movies which have convinced millions of modern Christians that the Church age ends seven years before the Second Coming of Christ. Recently, Pastor Matt Furse of Mountain View Baptist Church in Custer, S.D. has written a book titled “Which One Is Right?’, which reveals the recent history of the pretrib rapture doctrine, and the fact it does not agree with what is written in the King James Bible. The gathering of the Church is described at the end of 1 Thess. Chapter 4, and the timing of the event is found in chapter 5. The word “But” in the first verse of chapter 5 connects the two chapters, and the words “we” and “sleep” in verse 10 of chapter 5 prove the two chapters are connected. The Greek words for “wrath” and “tribulation” are not the same word, as proven by the verse below. Rev 1:9 I John, who also am your brother, and companion in tribulation, and in the kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was in the isle that is called Patmos, for the word of God, and for the testimony of Jesus Christ. Who is the seed of the woman promised in Genesis 3:15? Who is the "son" in Psalm 2? Who is the "suffering servant" of Isaiah 53? Who would fulfill the New Covenant promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34? Who would fulfill the timeline of Daniel chapter 9 before the second temple was destroyed? Why have we not heard this simple Old Testament Gospel preached on Christian television in the United States on a regular basis? Once a person comes to understand the New Covenant promised to Israel and Judah in Jeremiah 31:31-34, which is found fulfilled by Christ during the first century in Hebrews 8:6-13, and Hebrews 10:16-18, and specifically applied to the Church in 2 Corinthians 3:6-8, and Hebrews 12:22-24, man-made Bible doctrines fall apart. Let us now learn to preach the whole Gospel until He comes back. The King of Israel is risen from the dead! (John 1:49, Acts 2:36) We are not come to Mount Sinai in Hebrews 12:18. After hearing you say, If you've done it until the least, you've done it unto me. I just had someone in a wheel chair cart at Walmart. I was with my Mom and she came up to me. Gave me a note that said she couldn't pay for her groceries, could I. And I didn't. I didn't realize it until after it happened. Thank you guys for helping me realize. I would not have even figured before that I may have been tested there. Obviously I got to do better but I'm trying to find something good out of this.

I can identify with your dear wife. I suffer almost 24/7 with chronic pain. I'm 81 years old, saved, baptized in water and the Holy Spirit and committed, by God's grace, to endure to the end. I believe I am healed by Jesus' stripes and pray for that healing to be manifested in my body whether in this life or when I pass into His eternal presence. Meantime, I am called to the honor of joining Jesus at His throne in intrrcessory prayer. I am praying for your wife's manifested healing and the comfort of the Holy Spirit as she continues walking with Him. May we enjoy God's presence and glorify Him forever. my friend, just as the pretrib teachings are skewed, so too the church misunderstands this verse from isaiah 53 our healing in this verse is spiritual healing NOT physical healing, this is confirmed in the NT by peter who writes: 'Who His Own Self bare our sins in His body upon the tree, that we, having died unto sins, might live unto righteousness; by Whose stripes ye were healed.1Pet2:24 my dear sister, i am praying for you today for physical healing and also thanking Him that even though you are physically suffering you are a spiritually fully healed sister in Christ!❤

Good teaching Joel, thank you for this. I see this line of thinking which I believe is very dangerous (kind of like what you were saying at the very end of the message): Pre-tribulationists do not believe they will be here, and therefore will not be spiritually prepared for the persecution and hardship of the final 7 years, and that they will not have to face the decision regarding the Mark of the Beast. Another thing I see connected with this line of thinking is the eternal security argument, once saved always saved. They not only believe they will not be here for the MOTB but they also believe that they cannot even take it if they are here because they can't fall away from the faith. I try to teach these truths to many in the church today and often run up against a lot of opposition. It was refreshing to here you explain these things (along with your teaching on the Parable of the Ten Virgins.)

This reminds me of a past comment I read from a past video I watched and it read: When Jesus said to come follow him he means for you to pick up "your cross", not "your cushion". ...This meaning enough with the pampering of ourselves and stand up to follow.

Imagine a God who WOULDN'T prepare us for suffering? Well our God has prepared us and we are so very thankful... Amen.

Amen and amen! God’s kingdom is upside down from the world’s. To overcome and conquer, we must lay down our lives for the glory of God just as our LORD Jesus did. Holy Sprit fill our hearts with these truths that your servant Joel put forth. Give us a passion for your glory, yes, that comes through suffering and pain; that the world will see us make MUCH of You that we love not our lives unto death. Prepare the hearts of our children through your Spirit for that is my biggest fear.

Hey Joel and Dalton. This series has been such a blessing. Having believed (yes, because I was taught it) in pretribulationism for almost 30 years, God started a work in my heart about 2 years ago that has brought me to where I am now; a place where I have earnestly studied the scriptures that I used to believe underpinned my pretritulational beliefs, only to find that they really didn't say what I was taught they said. A huge part of that earnestness was because through a series of God-ordained events, I was able to let go of my pretribulational militancy and open my heart to the possibility that what I held dear might be wrong and along the way, I opened a lot of cans of worms! Which leads me to a question that I have for you both. Have you considered doing a session on dispensational theology as a framework on which these pretribulational teachings hang? I believe that a case could be made that if pretribulational teachings are rotten fruit, then so must the tree on which the fruit hangs, i.e. dispensationalism. Thanks again, looking forward to the next session(s) with great anticipation and Maranatha!

Thanks for this. I have had these exact conversations with a dispie pretrib recently. They concluded with the comment that if it turns out they see the antiChrist before a rapture, then God lied. It's amazing to watch a seared conscience work in real time. How does one refute emotion with logic? It's really mind blowing. Great falling away indeed. Keep up the God work, FAI. God willing, you may draw some back from the fire.

😢 hopefully they have a different mindset when the time comes. They should reflect and take it as an opportunity to stand strong even if they lied to themselves because they interpreted scriptures wrong and added to what they shouldn't have.

The Lord Our God Jesus Christ Loved Peter and the Apostle's, and the First Believer's in Jesus Christ, and God Jesus Christ Allowed all the Apostle's and a Great many Christian's to be Killed Beheaded Crucified and Burnt Alive for Faith in Jesus Christ and the Word of God, the First Martyr Was Stephen was Stoned to Death by Paul. Raised in a Baptist Church I believed in the pre-trib teaching but not anymore. The change for me was Y2K. I was in law enforcement and we were being trained for civil unrest due to the chaos created by Y2K related failures, while my employer Maricopa County was taking huge steps to ensure it had back up power to keep life critical functions operating...and more. I was living in Phoenix at the time and was worried about my children and their safety because All of us in law enforcement would not be able to protect our families. As I prayed about what should I do ( stockpile some food,water, medical supplies))? Move them out of the city? Would Y2K trigger the great 7 year trib? The Lord spoke so clearly in my spirit " You will not need to do anything, Y2K will be a non-event and No it will not trigger the Tribulation, My people will be halfway through it before they know anything has happened..." In shock I ask how could this be? " Because of the Traditions of Men." How? " When I was before the High Priest and the Consule they refused to believe I was who I said I was. They couldn't accept me because they " knew that I would come as a King on a white horse in royal clothing because of their traditions, even though my coming was revealed many times down to the smallest details they could not see me as I stood before them. This was because they replaced the truth of my Word with what through time the images they created of how it would look, how I would appear, would look like, now, as then they are blinded by man made images of the Tribulation events" I know what it won't be, won't look like, it won't be anything the Left Behind books and movies show, the Book Late Great Planet Earth got it wrong. I later heard a teaching from Derek Prince Ministry on KZread about how during the Time of the End would be chaotic, the devil and his puppets would be strong, evil would be unmasked, things would work against His people, BUT, He would pour out His Spirit upon all flesh, His people would grow strong, there would be a separation of the 2 camps, people would be forced off the fence, off the pew and into action, to take a stand. In short evil will become more evil, But so will His presence become stronger,His people pure . The greatest time in history is unfolding. We are to put on the Whole armor of God and Stand ready to do battle, not run and hide in some bunker full food waiting for it to be over. We are called warriors, more than conquerors, overcomes, to fight the good fight against the evil prince and kingdoms, powers. We are Gods Army, We must act like it Now

Just wanted to say I’ve enjoyed your message. It resonates with what I believe. Recently I’ve seen the parable of the prodigal son as a story of two brothers (among many other things), the older brother being Israel-“you have always been with me, all that I have is yours”. The younger brother being the gentile believers - “he was lost, now he is found”. They meet at the feast (the marriage supper of the lamb) and the father basically says “try to get along, you are brothers”. How could it possibly be said it’s Jacobs trouble alone as we’re both brothers. Enjoy the original thought in your messages.

the brothers in the parable are Israel and Judah (the two Houses of Israel). The reality is that the Northern Kingdom (Israel) were halachically, (and practically), "Gentiles" during the times of Yeshua and Paul (and is such to this day).

I was trying to keep the typology consistent. We read in Jeremiah that both the house of Israel and of Judah had forsaken God, neither was innocent. Yet the father in the parable says to the elder son “thou art ever with me,and all that I have is thine”. And in keeping with the nature of God the father as written in Isaiah “Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee.” This in my view is the eldest son which was not withheld by Abraham. The younger son is the seed in which all the nations of the earth (gentiles) shall be blessed.

To my study, none of the early church fathers believed this doctrine. In all honesty, how could they? All of the disciples died a martyr’s death, except John, who was boiled in oil. There have been so many martyr’s for the faith, even current day. The West is the only area that has the luxury to adhere to such a doctrine. I’ve just never heard the early fathers believe or preach pre-trib rapture doctrine.

That was a great analogy about the tribulation being like the finals and how being told you don't have to take them only to find out at the time that you do would set anyone up for failure, just like the pre-trib rapture. So blessed by your teachings and glad that you don't get deterred by peanut gallery commenters!!

I've always held this belief that the church is the one grafted into Israel. Not the other way around. Because it seems the church thinks that Jewish believers are brought into 'our' church. As if they are privelleged to be apart of it. It shouldn't be viewed like that. The truth is gentile believers are grafted/ brought into Israel. We (gentiles) are brought into the Jewish religion so to speak. We are blessed because of the Jewish people. Some of the best teachers of the scriptures are Jewish believers. I love hearing Messianic teachers talk about the bible. They have an amazing revelation of God's word. I've also followed David Pawson and his teaching on end times. Brilliant insight man, ahead of his time and a man who loved the Jewish people. In the end days we will share in the persecution and suffering that the Jewish people are going to face. The time of the gentiles will be over. And Im looking forward to the day when Jewish people are vindicated in this world, that includes amongst gentile believers who discredit them.

The sad thing is they will use brother Paul's teaching in Thessalonians chapter 4 about the trumpet, but, they don't want to use brother Paul's teaching in 1st Corinthians 15:51 through 58 which speaks about the last trumpet 😭😭😭, it's the same rapture and teachings, just gives more detail about it being at the last trumpet. Also those that are alive and remain are the Jews that He will save at the end 🙌🙌🙌

Excellent teaching Joel. However, I do not agree that you can lose your salvation, if you have Truly been birthed into God's Kingdom, because "Salvation is of the Lord" Jonah 2:9. Salvation is a supernatural work of the Triune God. Jesus tells us in John 10 that He holds us in His hand, and "no man", even "us" can pluck us out. Then on top of that we see The Father's hand, covering that union. Then lastly we see the seal and Indwelling of the Holy Spirit. If someone falls away...no matter how "absolutely sure" you were that they were saved, it was simply a false conversion. A mere confession without the working of the Holy Spirit. Those will all fall away during the Tribulation. 2 Thess 2:3 ( probably taking the Mark of the Beast in order to live.) Rev. 13:8 only those written in the Lambs Book of life from before the foundation of the world will not worship the Beast. Tares can be very deceptive, Appearing to be wheat and at times absolutely on fire, but they never received the New Birth, the New heart. God's Elect Romans 8:28, 29-30 ( v33 calls them The Elect, are never going to turn and leave. But alas we differ in opinions. Well, for one; Jesus is seated as King in Jerusalem. ALL the nations are gathered before Him. The "sheep" are welcomed as from the foundation of the world, because of their "good works." They call Him Lord! Then the "goats" are sent away to destruction. They call Him Lord, also. That's ALL the people there are to be mentioned. In John, Jesus calls His saved ones - SHEEP! People just don't believe Jesus when He says things. In the end, that just doesn't matter, does it?

In other words, we have to pay for our sins anyway. Repenting and accepting Jesus as our Saviour was never enough.

Our presence during the GT isn't to "pay for our sins". Suffering is a necessary part of doing God's will here on earth. Satan always opposes God's will, and since God works through you and I, we're Satan's targets.

Amen and amen.... this, I believe will be the 'great test' Jesus speaks of that will 'overcome the entire world'. Wheat and tares. Matthew 25:31-46 will be the great divider in the end... those who did for Christ and those who did for their churches, doctrines, isms, ists, igions, etc. None of it will matter when He returns. What will matter is if we follow Him faithfully unto death.

I am pre trib and I would like to comment in your commentary that some teach that "God is only pouring out his wrath" as if it's all Good is doing. I have never heard a pastor teach that. God is not limited, and I'm sure He knows who shall be saved, and who Jesus will separate amongst the sheep and goats. Be well and thank you. Shalom. Maranatha!

Always remember our eternal Hope is in the Lord. He has promised to never forsake us. Though we walk through the valley of death He will be with you. As He lives so shall we live with Him forever. Death is separation from God. We who are in Christ will never be separated from God. Knowing that truth will give you the peace to overcome any fear that you may have. So be at peace keep your heart and mind focused on the Lord at all times esp. during the hard times to come knowing that nothing can take you from Him, not even death. If you and your family are not truly born again in Christ, then know this He loved you so much that he died for you on that horrible cross so that you may live. His shed blood has cleansed you of all your sins. Then by the power of Gods Holy Spirit He was raised to eternal life. That is our hope. Believe that with all your heart and your fear will turn to joy. All he asks is for you to deny yourself, repent of your sins that He died for, and receive Him into your life and His Spirit will make all things new [born again] in you.

@scott596 That is true. But the Body of Christ, the Church, is not National Israel. There will be a physical, 1000 year Kingdom to commence at the end of Daniel's 70th week. Israel will rule over the nations as promised with Jesus at the head. The 70 weeks are to bring Israel to belief in Jesus and save a remnant, and judge the Nations. I believe the 70th and final week will soon commence.

The great harlot are those who refuse to love by covering a multitude of sin. Those who point their fingers at others and persecute for transgressions.

Don’t forget This Verse: 1 Peter 4:1-2 Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin; That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God.

I got interested in this end times teaching as well because all I knew was the pre-trib view, especially in the last 3 years. I read Joel's book "Sinai to Zion" and enjoyed it.
