@@sientertainment641 @nazi_ur_rahmanchowdhury9321 in India if u go for 8.5 cm it's 800k INR means 8 lakhs but if u go for cross lengthening then 16 lakhs to 18 lakhs , 15 cm to 16 cm . I have contacted n soon I'll do cross 12 cm but if in Turkey it's 30.000 Euro to 65.000 ur

If your height made you hurt yourself, changing your height wont make you not hurt yourself. You need to change your mind, not your height, or other insecurities later will make you hurt yourself.

I go very heavy on squat (210kg) with this surgery I think it's possible to do it again thanks to flexibility of the muscle but I worried about the bones, after their are fully recovered their will be completely strong as before the surgery?

Go for it. You can get up to 6 inches in gained height.

I think with the tibia you can get up to 182 180-181 is being safe. I say it is worth it. Depends though if you already have a family no it’s not. Since the whole point of height at least for men is to look more appealing

They remove the rods once preferred height is achieved. The rods are implanted to divide the bone. At some point they remove the rods. It’s either before or after the bones have grown within the gap and fused.

Because with tibia you can get 5-6 cm but femur - 30 max ( highest risk ) and 10-15 cms safest
