Agree, even as a woman I'm 164 and have a squicky obnoxious voice and people simply do not take me seriously unless I'm incredibly angry, even so my husband is always trying to hold back laughter when I'm talking about something serious. Is very frustrating and hurtful, I can only imagine how it would be for a guy.

I really want to do this on both femur and tibia, but with precice 2. The external fixators just look too painful

i am really curious, what happens to the nail and screws? when are they they removed?, and when does the bone heal fully?, i see a little of callus forming after 4 months. i am asking coz i am interested, but i had a bike accident last year breaking my humerus, and has plate and screws in it and had to 2 surguries and been close to 5 months, after second one after my first plate got broken, it been a struggle as i still dont have any mobility as such in arm, so i go for something like this procedure, i dont wanna end up with dysfuctional legs and arm. i am 178-179 cm, 23 M.

for the arms it's possible but for the torso no you can lengthen your spine I know a person who gained 7 centimeters but frankly for the size of the torso for 90% of cases it's not a problem there are people who do 6.6 with the same torso as me sitting

Being 5’7 I can relate but I can’t relate to being shorter than the average height for females. Imagine virtually everywhere you went, you was either at eye level or shorter than a majority of women… As a guy that would either crush your confidence or turn you into Kevin Hart.

Do it honestly 6'2 might be the new average someday and it is close to the average in many countries right now at least perception-wise. You would be future-proofed with +15 cm and definitely if you do the max +18 idk if +20 would be worth it. Those Netherlands mfers are also getting tall they are like 183.0 cm now I'm doing it from 5'10.5 to 6'5.5 soon.

thats stupid. you have to realize that height benefits do not scale linearly. doing 20cm to get to average height is a huge deal. going from your height to 1.96 does not have much of a benefit, and the risk to reward ratio is ridiculous. In your case going beyond 13 cm would certainly not be worth it, unless your trying to be a CEO. your average height. you wont have the frame of a 1.90 man, and wont have the strength. a 1.59cm tall guy pretty much has to risk 20cm to get close to average height. but your potential would be pretty much maxed at 1.90, anything beyond wont give you any benefit.

if you look at 11:47. His arms are fine. Only 10cm shorter than height. Normally people arms should be the same length as their height but some people have longer wingspan and shorter wingspan. In the NBA, most point guards are 6’1 but have a 6’7-6’9 wingspan.
