Congrats Amanda, and well done to the community for raising enough funds to hopefully keep the rhino's safe 🙌 I've seen a few videos of the pilot flying and he really knows how to maneuver a helicopter 😳😵‍💫

I know that feeling..... Helicopter rides.... My Pilot was a Vietnam Vet.... He was giving rides for $15 per. Taking 5 ppl per trip at the local Fair.... I spent all the money I had saved from working that Summer with him... I think I went up like 17 times... Last trip was just he and I... He asked what I'd like to do on this last ride.... I was so excited I almost yelled out the question.... I blurted out "Combat Maneuvers...!"... He got this epic grin on his face, and away we went.... Yeah..... darting the animals.... You wouldn't need to ask me twice....!!!

I was just telling my daughter yesterday that if it wasn’t so far to go to South Africa I would love to travel there and my first visit would be to the Sanctuary to see all the lions that I watch every week on your videos and also to get the chance to meet you Kevin! Thank you for all the education that you provide. The only wild animals that I can see are squirrels and skunks 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️. It would be so trilling to see the lions ☺️☺️

Plottwist: Felix wants to join the sanctuary because he wants a cozy life too. XD I really love the pilot btw. He even gave tips as to when to film, that's so nice of him.

I think Amanda was the right Person to win the prize, even though I surely would have liked to win it too, but she seems a natural soul who apprechiated deeply this unique prize. Well done!

That was really great and I am so glad Amanda and her husband loved their experience especially the part where Amanda had her moment with that Rhino when she was in total bliss. I'm glad Amanda had such a lucky win and got to experience all of that. I will never be able to see your sanctuary in person but I am so glad for what you do to help the precious animals live meaningful, healthy, and worthwhile quality lives. I would have taken some Dramamine and gone along to experience that helicopter tracking and darting process, I think it would have been the best part! At the end of it all, Kevin can say he did something in his life and there are hundreds of thousands of us that would agree.

CONGRATULATIONS AMANDA! I hope this will be the motivation for you to become a professional conservationist. The competitions inspire people to find careers working with wildlife in many different ways, especially to those "boots on the ground" in conservation. I am exploring Germany's advances with green bridges to lessen human wildlife conflict with crossings over highways, and other obstacles that with time blend into the surrounding environment.
