An interesting video to view and some lively and not so lively action !. Looking at the way the animals have greeted me on Reunions, where i have been away for a while. I guess i look different 5 years on as well ! Will be interested in your feedback in the comments posted. Thanks so much for the overwhelming support in 2024 and the feedback on The Last Lion film it means a lot.

Such a special bond. ❤Siam was my favorite one. You didn't include Unathi, Gandalf, Suja, and Bongani. If they were included, Unathi was my favorite one. He was grumpy but he was so happy to see you at one of the past reunions. R.I.P. Siam, Gandalf, Unathi, Cussasa, Livy, Amy, and the rest of the sanctuary animals that left this world. ❤🤍 I am still waiting for the sanctuary animal update as you promised. Vayetse will hands down always be my favorite. His journey form the loss of his brother Mofumu(? Spelling) and how he mourned for him for so long and finally got some relief when he got Livy and Ginny. He seems to have such a big heart.

Mufumu was Vayetse's brother, a big handsome male who died from a snake bite. Vayetse called for him and called for him....he was being partially eaten by other lions....it was very sad.

Echo and Naiobe are the survivors of a pride that had 5 magnificent lions. They look so lonely now without Siam.

I think Bobcat will always be my favorite and Gabby’s antics with the tires 😊❤

i will never get tired of hearing "Gabby!!" So funny 🤣

It's so hard to choose a favorite... I just love them all! But yes, 5 years does make a difference. You can tell how they are more energetic in their greetings in 2019. Five years later, still very happy to see Kevin but just a tad more sedate in their greetings. And so bittersweet to see the other lions who have passed away❤

Meg and Amy brought tears.

A great look back at the lions and a reminisce of the ones that are no longer here. I have no favourite, they are all my favourites but the one I miss the most is Amy, she was just fantastic. Thank you to everyone at the Sanctuary for looking after all the animals. ❤

Kevin, you dear man. Thank you for mentioning me in the video. I desperately needed that as I’ve just been told I have Covid so I’m not feeling the greatest. This video, like all the others, absolutely lifts my spirits. Watching you with these lions is so emotional. I can imagine what it’s like to have a powerful apex predator want to be with you and allow you to pet and cuddle it. I was excited when a wild raccoon sat in my lap and allowed me to feed her. Here you are with these majestic lions is just incredible. Hearing Bobcat roar just hypnotizes me., such a beautiful song.
