I feel so sad because the last story is so fucked up. It's bad enough that you didn't consent to someone having sex with you. But it's unbelievable and unforgivable when someone you trusted for years planned this to happen to you. At first when reading the title, I thought that the OP'S boyfriend just made a mistake and wanted to make things right before it was too late. The reality of the situation is even more disgusting. Fuck that guy who did this to his childhood friend! I'm glad the OP and her boyfriend are still together and working through this, but they can't just let this go. They should at the very least confront Max and Homewrecker for what they did. Glad for the update of the cheating one. My first thought I had was if he really woke up to that girl already on him he was assulted. He was drunk and asleep, no consent can be given in that situation.

Even before the update on the last one I was thinking rape. The fact that he woke up to it means he was assaulted, if he wasn't able to verbally consent then its rape. I'm glad op was able to calm down and see it from a different light. I hope now she can help him and hold him through this very tough time in his life. You can go with him and support him, then if on the horrible chance he is positive you guys can both get taken care of right then. Another thing to be tested for if it was recent is date rape drugs, maybe he got roofied??

On the second story with the cheating boyfriend, if it's true that he was drunk then his friend's fiancee SA'd him. You cannot give expressed consent when you are drunk!!! The last story was heavy, I hope OP and her BF are going well. I was in a similar situation, I was molested in my sleep and almost raped by a close family member, refuse to call for help out of fear of breaking my family apart. I could tell even at the beginning that the boyfriend didn't cheat. That he was sexualy assaulted. I wouldn't have care if ruined his and Max's parents' friendship. You need to file charges against Max and the homewrecker. If he'd just explain to his parents and if they love him, they would understand.

As soon as he started describing how he'd "cheated" I was thinking "oh boy I hope that SOMEONE points out this is rape and I hope the OP realizes it..." So I'm glad that's what happened. Another thing that struck me about that story was how tolerant she was of his friendship with Max. I've known (and sadly been part of) so many couples where not liking the SO is a friendship ender. Full stop. Either the new SO tells the friend they don't like to step off, or the person realizes their SO and their friend don't get along, so vilify the friend to keep the SO. And I'm sure hearing that story makes those people feel justified. So on top of the obvious trauma, it's also sad that her being so accommodating and mature about not liking her boyfriend's best friend was thrown in both of their faces.

If those monster kids had been hurt on your trampoline, you can be sure they would have sued you.

I completely one hundred percent agree! That's the one thing I hoped that would be included at the end. I can't believe the OP and the boyfriend just let it go. I mean sure, you can cut him off, but what Max did was unforgivable and you can't just undo it or forget either. And what of the family? What if the parents find out about this? What if the little sister/brother from the families find out? They cannot just keep this a secret. For story 2: I believe it was a set up and planned. Max knew that him and OP didn’t get along so she wouldn’t have come. The fact that OP’s BF came home crying, admitted it, and went to say that his phone would be unlocked and she could look through it says a lot. The key thing is that he said he(OPBF) was on the bed while she was bobbing on him. Which points out that she was doing the work while he was barely conscious. 100% would say that he was taken advantage of in every degree. I understand where he’s coming from about not wanting to report it but I would at least urge to do it when they feel comfortable. This type of thing is unacceptable.

For the second story: he was r@ped. The poor guy, he was loyal and told his girlfriend everything the second he came home. I think that he did the right thing, and that if he wanted to do it, he would try to hide it. If max was watching his girl take advantage, then that most likely means that they planned it. This guy wanted to leave his phone with no password so that his girl could freely check his phone because he didn’t want to lose her. I think that they did the right thing

I for the second story, I honestly believe the boyfriend did this situation. Everything seemed relatively great. He was loving and supportive to his girlfriend. She reciprocated those feelings. He was a party animal. He liked to drink and hang out with his friend Max. The girlfriend knew he was a bad influence but the boyfriend was being naive. Then one day he had too much to drink. But Max's girlfriend tried to help and then the man woke up to this woman snatching his soul and doing the unthinkable with him. I believe he's telling the truth in every way because if he really wasn't why would he be hysterically telling the girlfriend that he cheated on her? There would be more signs that he was lying, but right now there's absolutely nothing to prove that he is lying, but there's a lot to prove that he's telling the truth through his own words and potential. I witness testimony. In any case, I'm happy that the relationship between the boyfriend and the girlfriend worked out and I hope that Max and that whore of a girlfriend he has suffers for what they did to the boyfriend in this story
