You have inspired me to make my first ever KZread comment! Just wanted to say that I have been really enjoying your content. I will be 55 this month and have started in the last couple of years to take part in organised events. I have done the Richmond to Brighton 100km walk, several park runs, a couple of 10km races, a half marathon and a Hyrox. Currently training for a sprint triathlon and another Hyrox later in the year. I love that you are also trying various events. Holly’s effort on the park run was fantastic and I think it’s great that you are doing so much as a couple/family. Great stuff and best of luck in everything you do.

AHHHH, what a lovely comment :) Sounds like you have an great spread of events ahead of you. Hyrox is tough (but short) some of those others are BIIIG events.
