====== Details & Tips ======
1. It's crucial to trap toad at different ponds each round because it can separate sporecap forests, so that new sporecaps won't overlap with old burnt spore bombs, making it easier to torch them.
2. Pond trap also maximizes toad's passive duration.
3. Must keep distance and prevent the triggering its attacks. Triggered attacks of any sort can easily massacre grumble bees.
4. Bees are also susceptible to fire damage, which includes burning pond algae, sporecaps, light flower and the burning toad. Try not to attack toad using torch. Fire damage is one of the top cause of death.
5. Learn how to fake attack.
6. It's optional for wicker to equip weapons. In the video, wicker did about 9,000 damage (about 180 hits), and bees did about 43,000 damage. Wickerbottom's participation only shortened the fight by 2 min, not much help.

Abigail would still attract toadstool's attention. So make sure to keep abi near wendy when re-positioning. That also means the advantage of bees not taking aggro is not available to Abigail.
Seems like an easy upgrade to make this fight much faster & easier would be to use Weather Pains instead of burning all the sporecaps.

Do you think we can defeat Misery Toad with a tentacle farm and end tables? Block him into a corner and wall off all other spots the tentacles spawn? Or would the spore caps destroy everything? I’m thinking of just doing the bee method after I already farmed all the gunpowder for it lol. This seems easier for me if I’d include getting him stuck on Lureplants or end tables though.

I'm not entirely sure. But theoretically, there are some issues, which might or might not be able to solve: 1. toad's movement can destroy endtable 2. regular bees do attract toad's aggro 3. tentacle wakes him up 4. tentacle also kills you Have you checked out a strategy that Webber use spider dens? It's pretty good.

is it doable for misery after the nerf? i dont like to fight toadstool at all but i feel that its less ´´cheating´´ than turn on winter fest and fight klaus each 20 days till it thinks i deserve toads blueprints (i need the napsack to multiply the skins)

Yes, it works. I feel you, I like lamps but he's a guaranteed burnout.
We can't get the bees to attack without being so close that we trigger an attack from Toadstool. How do we deal with this? Was there a patch or something?

Make sure you are not too far away. Usually distance of 2 ponds are good. Several alternatives. 1. use boomerangs, ice staff will also work so as to prevent fire that harms bees at the same time. It's not "fake" attack and will always trigger bees' aggro. 2. Don't attack toads at all until it goes passive. This is typical strategy for non-wicker characters.
Would a method like this work for Webber and his spiders?

Was it patched? I fake attack but the bees refuse to go attack him, only 3-4 grumble bees start attacking. Maybe I am doing something wrong. the rest of the bees stay with me, so the damage is little to none ;-;

I'm not sure, but fake attack still works between grumble bees and toadstool (yes I tested). Using what you saw, that 3-4 bees proved that the fake attacked worked. Maybe that 3-4 bees were the closest to toadstool when others weren't close enough to be triggered? Just a speculation.
Can you use other minions as well?

In general, you can't, not even regular bees.
