You can use Feather instead of flowers. they have the same aspect.

Do u know any other items that can be dropped and not blown away by toadstool? I was told about a toadstool cheese to stop spor caps (much trees) spawning using feathers (no flinging required), however it prob requires 1000 or more feathers, which will take too long to gather.

I have reach the spawn of toadstool but there's only an empty hole without cap there. There are 2 similar places in the cave, surrounded by pond, but 3 of d area also have empty hoke without the cap. How do I spawn it?

Strange how a boss can be so easy to dodge attacks from, yet still manages to be difficult in spam spawning sporecaps and burning through your supplies.

It's definitely not a legit kill, I modified my max damage using a mod. The mod is called 'Fix for too many Items' if you wanna check it.

Toadstool = venusaur Misery toadstool = mega venusaur

i would recommand alot of bundling wraps since the freshness of your food can be conserved here and you can regen if you 1 have enough time to unwrap use the item then wrap it again (you must have alot of ropes) 2 if you did not took alot of damage during the fight which is uncommon but can happen

Fuelweaver is hard, but I honestly think Misery Toadstool is this game's ultimate boss

Toadstool is still extremly ez he just require a LOT of preparation but the fight is one of the easiest you could have (only the stomp atk require you to have some reflexs :D )

I have died many times to the toadstool from some of his attacks

No 2 flingomatic and flowers. Does anyone know if the flingomatic will freeze rock lobsters? I did the flingo method with a friend and I didn't really like it BUT I have 2 toadstool holes next to each other so I'm going to use the flingo to kill misery toadstool. If rock lobsters don't freeze from flingo this method is be OP.

I just tested out and they are immune to Flingomatic's freeze.

Don Giani Guides: thanks a lot. I knew it was too good to be true, the fight would be way too easy otherwise. Looks like I will be using flingos and a friend to help kill. Thanks for the feathers tip also. Crazy that feathers don't blow away? lol I just saw a vid showcasing the use of feathers and wasn't sure if they still worked.

I modified my message, I just tested out and yes, Rock Lobsters are immune to Flingo's freeze. Nice found dude!

Thanks a lot for testing, that's great news for me. I would love to see u make a video showcasing this. I will try this later at some point myself. I would love to see a 77 things you never knew, 11 different videos showing 7 tips, tricks, glitches, secrets and things you never knew. It's surprising how many things u learn continuously after a long time of playing the game. This version is a little different. In a fire farm (exclusive to normal dont starve) the fire is what did the killing. It could also be done withou a dwarf star. Just light a fire and afk.

I'd love to see more vids.. I know it is a lot of work for you, but example the raw footage of your survival is not that hard. cheers ;)

Why do you say the gold axe is the best choice, but use the pickaxe in the video? Isn't the pickaxe faster anyway?

That's why I precised it, because I was using pick/axe in the video. Yeah it's 33% more effective but overall Gold Axe is better due to the fact that they cost 2 Thulecite and you have to go to an Ancient Pseudoscience Station to craft your Pick/Axes.

Well pickaxe cost thulecite so it would be a waste of thulecite that could be use differently as for crowns or just walls 'cause they look cool XD (nah amulets/armors of thulecites are the bests)

Yes, there is a better method as Kynoox pointed out : you can use feathers (any sort of) dropped on the ground instead of planted flowers.

Also Misery toadstool is... Boring srsly double the hp of a boss that is amready long as hell to kill it get boring for a... "Reward" it's for sure a waste of ressoirces to kill the misery version but if you have time to waste...

If you're looking to build lots of Mushlights and Glowcaps in your base, then ultimately it's ultimately far more efficient to kill Misery Toadstool first because of the Napsack's Shroom Skin multiplication trick. You wouldn't get nearly as many shroom skins from the regular Toad, and even without the Deconstruction Staff Misery Toad still drops more.

Yeah it blew my mind how useless the weather pains are on ps4 console. I spent over 8 mins asking what the hell is wrong with the weather pain. How do u use them to attack? We killed toadstool fairly easily after 2 rollbacks bc it was my first time fighting toadstool. I also killed toadstool solo recently with weather pains. Clearing the sporcaps takes a lot longer than it should, plus u need to stand in the middle of spore clouds to attack some sporcaps. For those that don't know, on console the weather pain is basically a glorified axe bc u need to be standing right next to ur target to attack something wth it. So basically the weather pain IS NOT a ranged weapon on console. It still blows my mind. Why do boomerangs and blow darts work as ranged weapons but not weather pains. It's frustrating as they are one of the most expensive items to craft in the game and work terribly.
