Wes was such a good guy, he literally did good things without even trying! He first (tried) to help a girl who dropped her doll, gave the monkey a piece of his (presumably) only food, reunited a boy with his dog, and returned eggs from a nest to theyre original parents all without even knowing! Wes deserves an award for being such a good dude.

Woody out here no longer a Were Beaver, he's a whole ass WereCanadian!

Wigfrid's short was my favorite but since Wendy was my favorite starter character when I first started playing the game, I loved seeing how the flowers came about. But the music, art style, plot of how some of the characters ended up where the game starts is all very well done! (And seeing Willow's as one of the last ones makes me want to revisit her character. I could never handle the insanity loss early on and set everything on fire)

In DST, Willow no longer sets things on fire when she is insane. She's a very useful character for a number of boss fights. ESPECIALLY on Ancient Fuelweaver. However, even though Bernie is really good, her playstyle is very basic. Virtually none of her perks make a massive difference in gameplay when compared to easy-to-play characters like Wendy, Wigfrid, and Wolfgang.

Warly’s story is just so sad, I really hope he finds a way back to the real world

Same with me. I love wormwood because he’s cute and adorable. I’m a wormwood main, but I occasionally play as Warly or wortox.

I feel bad for wes, he tries to help a kid get their doll back, gave a monkey half of his food and then some, reunites a dog with their owner, gives the right bird nest to the right birds by accident just to be attacked by crows and sent to the constant to suffer. I really feel bad for wes, he is just a nice guy who is trying to live his best life and instead gets tortured by crows and the constant.

I was always curious about how some of the character's stories would end, especially the 'monster' characters. If Warly comes back to the normal world, won't he just be left alone and now out of a job? And if Webber comes back, who's to say if his parents will even accept him? Wickerbottom's library is still burnt down, Willow is still homeless, Wormwood would still be an outcast... I'm not sure if leaving the constant is even a 'good ending' for most of the cast anymore :(

And Wanda is definitely the eccentric and cool aunt who hands out candy even when the kids aren't supposed to have it. (This is based on inspection quotes in multiplayer as well as wanting these people to be HAPPY FOR ONCE!!)

I fucking suck at this game, and yet I've returned many times to continue sucking. The series just has so much personality that I find myself drawn in.

Here's a couple things I noticed from these In Wilson's one, we get to see his house for the first time after like 10 years In Maxwell's one, when he wakes up willow is holding the lighter like she was about to burn him (average willow player) In Wickerbottom's short, she somehow has enough strength to push an entire fucking bookshelf in the middle of a fire?? Also we now know that between escaping the orphanage and being sent to the constant all willow did was burn things (average willow player) In WX's short, he works with Wagstaff who throughout the game WX absolutely despises, and this is probably why. In Wolfgang's short, we finally get to see how William/Maxwell survived the train crash, despite crashing in the middle of the fucking desert. Also, this means that Max found the book before the crash In Wanda's short, the things that appear while time is being broken are parts of other trailers and gameplay footage I think In Webber's short, the person that gives the spider is Wagstaff, and the narrator is probably Maxwell In Wes' short, his bad luck starts when be breaks a glass mirror, and the monkey is probably one of the ones from Wolfgang's circus. Also, everything he does indirectly helps someone else. Also², Maxwell says he doesn't know where the crows came from meaning Wes brought them in, and the person that was originally meant to be sent to the Constant is the guy that Maxwell had a debt from earlier in the story. In Wigfrid's short, Maxwell never lied. He did put her name in the headlines again, and made the world a stage for her (Wigfrid believes the whole Constant is a stage, which is why she never leaves that role. Also the Constant resembles the stage where the show that led to Maxwell and Charlie ending up in the Constant happened). Also Wigfrid beats the shit out of her taxes, and this video confirms that tall people exist in the don't starve world. It's just everyone that gets sent to the constant is just short as shit. In Walter's short, he's looking for Woodie. Also, the song that plays before he gets sent to the constant is the same one that only plays when someone is about to starve, sometimes together. (Btw, technically that song is a bunch of people screaming) In Wes' other short, he is made more of a joke, so more like ingame Wes In Wendy's short, the flower in the book is the same one that Maxwell is given in his short. It probably has more importance but idk. Also Abigail possibly died from falling, and their father is Max's brother. Wurt and the gorge lore whatever idc In Woodie's short, he can't stand the idea of planting tress to get the treeguard to leave so instead he commits murder Warly's short is depressing. I have nothing else to say, it's just sad. Wormwoods short is insert words I have nothing to say Willows short terrifies me. Willow has probably burned down multiple orphanages and other buildings over the like 20 years between that short and Willow getting sent to the constant. Willow has probably killed more people than Maxwell. Maxwell is the real hero for trapping Willow in the Constant. Wortox's short shares the same narrator as Webber's short and that one video where they have actual voices for some reason, so they're all narrated by Maxwell. In Winona's short there is a lot of lore that I don't care enough to explain.

You should fight your sanity monsters when they appear really. Prototyping new items, wearing fancy clothes, and eating certain foods like cooked green caps will restore sanity also restore. Just don't ever be afraid of fighting your sanity nightmares, killing them will restore sanity after all. Deal with them right away if you go insane. Use kiting and hit after they miss their attack on you.
