Am thinking about getting a fixed angle system, having owned one for a while now would you recommend the wicked edge? Don't know how familiar you are with some of the other systems that have come out since, but finding it hard to decide so any advice or tips would be awesome. Thanks

Do you ever use a hair dryer to dry them. Or is that a bad idea.

I haven’t used a hair dryer, but I think it would be fine, within reason. I wouldn’t get them too hot.

Where did you find that Flexx strop?

Trent Stewart I bought it direct from him years ago. It’s called a quadratic.

You might try using a large pencil eraser.

i you get 3000 grit mixed with 2000 grit then there's no issues, but if you get 3000 mixed with 10000 grit then I don't see how you cannot have an issue, if you're looking for very fine mirror polished edges, then cross contamination is something you should always be careful of, imo

You should wear gloves if you use your finger. I've heard it can be dangerous, something about the micron size particles getting into your skin.
