Swinging above the ball and using the visual of the blur with an intermediate spot and a target is just perfect.

So many golfers have no idea where the club is passing when they do a practice swing! It’s a key part of the prediction process!
Being a long time viewer without even getting to the lesson in the video I know the reason is focus based … practice swing is without a ball which allows a free flowing fluid swing. Then with a ball we get ball focused and get all out of sorts

Great advice.. Prehaps another option is getting some glasses that make the ball invisible 😂

This is great! I hope I can stop defaulting from the hitting the ball for an entire round one day ..... glimmers of hope this past weekend but lots of practice in my future!

I have a scratch golfer practice swing 😂
I’m a bit confused as to where the intermediate spot is located. Since the club head travels in an arc- should the intermediate spot you select be inside of the target line?

Great point! Just 4 inches before and after the ball should point in the direction you want to start the ball
Bobby jones was playing with dad one day, dad hits a bad shot and then takes another swing and looks intently at bobby and says" whats wrong with that swing" Bobby says" nothing, you should use it on the ball the next time" 😂
