The thing with consistency is this. If you do something once it is easier to do it again. So once you start being actually consistent everyday with something stopping it one day will make it easier for you to fuck it up again later. So once you are consistent, don't think it the wrong way, a day off won't impact your results much but will impact your ability to stay consistent. No days off.

Honestly, you are a big reason to my success in terms of FITNESS and DIET, cus when i was out of a plan you popped up on my feed and i remembered the keto 30 days challenge, or me fitness and diet is first priority together with learning and making money online remotely! I work for Software Development Services for a company and make a bit more money than what i did in my regular 170hours per month job, now i can work the half or less or more, but on my own schedule and handle my own finances, that way i can train and eat healthier, make time to do what i have to do. Peace and love !

This is literally what I'm doing, loads of consistency, stop or don't do everything and wonder why things are not going the way I expect them too! The other thing is sleep, I actually did this with slepe and found ways to improve it as I was tracking it and saw what improved it . The other thing is diet, since just not tracking it for a few days I notice my energy levels were so low and that's because I dont think i was meeting my daily calorie needs.

This is the best and worse advice! It true for sure… however that’s such a small chapter lives. You could backtrack for two years and then make more progress in one year than you did in the last five so it’s great advice, but it’s also just subjective and.
