I'm in finance sales, competing with some of the best in the industry. When I got fat during lockdown and started boozing, I lost all confidence. When we got back to work, I was failing hard. Stopped drinking, lost the fat, and started smashing it again. Self confidence is the most important thing; how you frame the world is so important. Just those extra 10 cold calls per day, consistently over months, makes serious $$.

I have a theory about the halo effect. The halo effect applies to people that interact with you when they see you. But what about yourself when you see yourself in the mirror? I believe that your brain cannot tell the difference between you and another person when you see your reflection. If you look great in the mirror you will literally treat the person you see in the mirror better. The halo effect even works on yourself! This will lead to a snowball effect of positivity and success!

All facts my guy. I’ve been working out for over 20 years. People stare, say hi and even move out of your way when you walking down the street(both men and women). It’s an experience like no other. I love this shit and couldn’t live without it.

This is easily explained. People can't say what they truly want say because they are useless and worthless in the grand scheme of things and no one cares about their opinion. Most people are fat, ugly, broke and are just going with the flow and go their wholes being just like everyone else and not ever accomplishing much. Brandon is 6'2 jacked, Rich and successful, An ex model, has A beautiful girlfriend, Millions of followers and one in the top 1 percent of every human metric on paper so he can get away with saying anything naturally but he is also funny and you can say anything and just write it off as A joke.

I can’t agree with the diet aspect of this. I will say that every time in my life that I was less rigid with my diet and more laid back, my overall energy and sex drive was much, much higher than when I restricted myself. And I’m not a novice trainee by any means.

Billionaires represent 0.0000285714 of the population. So the number is small to be statistically relevant. However Ryan Reynolds in Mark Zuckerberg have six packs and they are both billionaires. I like you to resist your natural inclination to dismiss what I just said. A simple Google search will prove me right on all points

Technique can’t make up the lack of strength. Most people who get in danger don’t get in danger against a fighter, usually the fight ends quickly because one of the people gets hurt badly. Life isn’t a film, even if you know the technique you are not going to dodge people or defend yourself like Bruce Lee does. Having a lot of strength is perfect to protect yourself because even landing one punch could hurt the other dude really bad
