True I had gastric sleeve surgery and I lost weight then gained 60lbs back because of my hysterectomy 3 years after bypass surgery gain more weight. Then 2023 went on Ozempic crack lol loss weight hair came out . Started researching insulin resistance because I am 🅾️ positive we struggle with insulin resistance and low thyroid function soon as I started fasting one meal a day eating for my blood type. Taking the vitamins for my type the weight and inches melted off why no doctor ever explain that to me or even the weight loss surgeon or the nutritionist she was telling me to drink premier protein shakes that has whey and freaking milk telling me to eat cottage cheese, and O blood people can’t have dairy or wheat.why because they make money off our ignorance and glutton ways so fasting is good and it works. Coming from someone who was 365lbs never again ❤I feel off back fasting this month Feb2024

It's not something we want to hear, Is it. It's our diet, and how we eat that's killing us all. High sugar, processed crap lacking minerals, and highly refined all delicious and nutritious ( high calories) are irresistible until it's too late. Sugar and carbs are more addictive than cigarettes and alcohol, and it is harder to kick because you don't need to smoke or drink alcohol but you must eat.

The alcohol sugars are very addictive. Even without being an alcoholic and overdoing it. Those sugars in it are very high! I quit drinking cold turkey because I wanted to lower sugars in my body, and lower inflammations from injuries. It has worked! I had no idea I’d be craving sweets so madly! It has calmed down and I know to make sure I’ve got enough good fat in my diet to stop those cravings. Like avocado and olive oil.

He is so motivating. This is my 2nd round doing a 7 day fast. I did a refeed after my 1st round 7-day fast and lost .4 lbs. I've lost close to 100 lbs from fasting with no loose skin. It's the easiest way for me to lose weight plus I'm not really addicted to food anymore.

Wisdom! I’m on a 120 hour fast now. I’ve slowly gotten my body used to this natural cycle of seasonal deprivation of calories as our ancient ancestors were used to. I am so healthy now! I recommend this to everyone.

I’ve been fasting 19/5 for a year. I’ve lost 29 pounds (26 to go) and my bloodwork has improved so much! My A1C and fasting insulin came down significantly, along with my cholesterol, triglycerides, and blood pressure! I’ll never go back to eating and snacking all day! I still eat some carbs- I have a bottle of Mexican Coke with my bacon and egg breakfast every morning, and usually a snack size candy bar or a small scoop of ice cream after lunch. I just can’t do keto/low carb- I end up binging for two weeks! It may not be perfect, but it’s a lot better than I was eating before. Progress, not perfection! The best plan is the one you can stick with! 😉

Doctor I felt so extremely good during Ramadan this year. I had so much energy while fasting 17 hours a day. Even my co workers noticed my changes. After Ramadan I start eating again and I felt that I’ve got tired after every meal I was eating. I am pre diabetic but I would have never found out without the fasting.
