whoa! that 2nd & 3rd floor part of the building used to be the dorm & dance studio of ppop groups of FirstOne Entertainment: 1st One & Dione. i've seen it in many of the dance practices, vlogs, & fb or tiktok lives of 1st One. 😅

The upstairs unit looks so awesome! Love the new flooring - you guys did a great job picking the tiles, they really go well with the whole vibe of the place! I hope it gets rented out soon if it hasn’t already. It’s kinda refreshing to see the landlord and tenants having a great relationship, almost feels like you’re all family.
