Every time they tour in the states, they sell out the venue. They still consistently sell out at Madison Square Garden and have for nearly 30years now 😮 you talk about being surprised they made it to American radio, let's not forget that this concert was in Paris and that whole crowd knew all the words 😂 They are the definition of maximum effort ❤

Yep. I know some words from various songs...but a friend of mine knows every effing word. He even studied german for a bit! 😅 Can't blame him, I'm an Epica fan, they sing in English, latin and in a song or another, some arabic is also there and I'm on duolingo trying to learn dutch just to show them my skills next time we meet! 😂😂😂😂

This is band that probably doesn’t even crack my top 20 favorite musical artists but hands down the greatest live performance I’ve ever seen. I’m not sure if this is the last song/encore of the set but I can tell you that the entire set is near this level (or above it) as far as stage production. As their guitarist once said, most of their fans don’t understand the lyrics so they try to go above and beyond to put on a good show

One of my friends saw Rammstein in Germany while visiting family many, many years ago. He told me that there were so much pyrotechnics going off (including flamethrowers) that you could easily have a weenie roast in there if you wanted. Lucky bastard actually got to meet the whole band and got them to sign his vinyl copy of "Rosenraught" (which he has framed on his wall to this day).

At the concert three weeks ago people in the Feuerzone were holding up spits with marshmallows. There are videos somewhere on YT.

You have just seen the best live band in the world with the greatest rock/metal show on the road in these days.

I read somewhere that their concerts are so loud you can hear and feel them miles away. (The music and the special effects)

Dude! You’ve gotta react to more Rammstein! Especially with your background in writing lyrics. Till’s an incredible poet and he does so much with so little. A lot of German words have double meanings…this song could be taken as “you have” or “you hate” depending on the diction. Having that in mind makes the song/meaning a lot more complex. Bro, you've only scratched the surface of crazy Rammstein performances. They are LEGENDARY for their shows.

I saw them in Sept. 2022 in San Antonio. Amazing energy, the heat was crazy from all the fire. Top 3 concerts I've seen. I love Till's Ich Hasse Kinder, the story, the cinematic and song!! All of their videos/songs are great from serious to hilarious, so many songs to suggest, @Arno Nyhm below did a great job in his comments below.

Rammstein is a group that has performances that must be seen and that means both the Official Live Videos and the Official Music Videos

Till is covered in a Fire Retardant due to the shows Pyro effects and the guy on the treadmill is said to walk about 30 MILES per night.

@@evasl well 30 miles per show and 3 shows per stop with about 48 stops per year for 30 years...should be about 2 1/4 Earth Circumference give or take. That is Still ALOT OF WALKING !!!! I Need a Soft Couch just thinking about all that walking.

that is a mistranslation. It is a widely spread bit of misinformation about the title. It is Du Hast, NOT Du Hasst. - FYI, I speak German, Czech, English fluently. Even Til Lindemann has said categorically that is wrong. Also he does about 30 kilometres per show...not 30 miles.

Never seen him live myself , seen a few of his concerts online ,and he always give away an amazing show

Come on man. This is an epic song that has been around forever. You don’t know much about music if you’re not turning the volume clear up and blasting this song 🔥🔥🔥🔥🤘🤘🤘🤘

While the members of the band DO use flame retardant to protect themselves; they also use various forms of stage makeup. The "blood" in question is left over from the song "Mein Teil" (another good one for a reaction) which occurred 3 songs earlier in the set list and has lead singer Till very much covered in "blood".

I was in early high school when it came out and working my first job at a restaurant. On my break, a buddy came by with a sick sound system and I sat in the back seat while this song played. Needless to say, I'm deaf now. ;-)

If you ever get a chance to see them live do it cuz its gonna be the best concert of your life

I saw them last year in Texas. It was an absolute fire concert,, literally fire LOL $200 best show. I've ever seen and I'm over 60 Till today is almost 60or just over. LOL.. great reaction,,badass song.

sometimes it is flame retardant and sometimes it actually is blood, or both it depends on the show or song or situation. Sometimes Till does bleed because he hits himself on things, but mostly it’s flame retardant. And he also sometimes covers himself in ash like stuff or makeup or coffee, depending on what show you are watching from what decade. If you react to Lindemann, he will probably be covered in white stuff. The fire is because he has stage fright and severe anxiety and used fire to distract from his face and then it escalated into more and more fire over time.

Wow Till is a professional licensed pirotechnician, he wanted to be sure the shows were safe for everyone! They speak a lot about shocking news and tales, about how divided they feel about the history of germany, about philosophical and societal issues, the impact of globalisation and of course, about human feelings, behaviours, love, hate, sex, violence, sadness... And german is a beautiful language.

Hi, 1. when they started their shows it was alsways a mixture of coffee and water. They keyborder later tryed decaf coffeepowder because having coffee on your skin for a few hours makes you veeery hyper^^ (I read 2 books written by the keyborder and one by Tills father) 2. it is done intentionally that the words have multiple meanings. du hasst (you hate) and du hast (you have) sound exactly the same in German. As long as he says "du has(s)t, du has(s)t, du ha(s)t mich" it can mean both. But as he continues: "Du hast mich gefragt, du hast mich gefragt und ich hab nichts gesagt" The meaning "you have asked me and I said nothing" becomes clear. 3. The marriage vow "bis der Tod euch scheide" means "until death separates you" (the verb seperates translates to the verb "scheiden" in German). But "die Scheide" also means "vagina" in German.

Hey Cliff, thought you might appreciate thay the song is a double. The German words "du hast" means "you have", whereas "du hasst" means "you hate". This gives an extra meaning to the wedding vows you pointed out.

Yes. He's on a treadmill, because he has to keep moving. He can't be still and actually tripped his fellow band members before. The treadmill is the safest option. Why does Till have blood on him? Well, he doesn't mind pain. If you see blood, don't pay it any mind. What you'll also notice is that he has a fire-protective gel on. The first three rows are called Hot Seats for a reason. Also the fact that French people are singing in German is a BIG DEAL, especially if you know about all the events of WWII. Yes, you saw that correctly. Fireworks blew up the stage. Wait till you see them blow fire in Feuer Frei.

@Cliff Beats, Rammstein are absolutely Legendary when it comes to the metal/rock scene (and a couple other genre's they ventured into) and personally as someone who is a Rock/Metal Head at heart Rammstein (Ramm - Stuh - ine) are wayyyy up there on my list, Definitely Top 10 if not Top 5. I've had the pleasure of working alongside (Security during UK/EU Tours) them and Till Lindermann along with the rest of the gang are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. I could actually speak German before I could speak English, Weird little fact although I've lost the vast majority of the language now because I don't use it often enough but it deffinitely helped when I first discovered Rammstein to fully immerse myself in their brilliance. These guys are truly legendary when it comes to not only homophones because of the German language quite often having double meanings but masters of the stage production also. Till Lindermann (lead singer) is also a master in explosives and pyrotechnics (fully qualified, legally speaking) and this is one of the reasons the performances absolutely pop off. You deffinitely have to sink your teeth into more Rammstein, I gurantee you will not be dissapointed

Buckstaboo just does the captions. They need the treadmill or they'll blow the entire Paris grid with the stage lights. As you watch more Rammstein, you'll quickly learn their primary motifs are blood and fire.

Cheers from Germany😊. Rammstein has the biggest Live Show ("Stadion Tour") on Earth since around 2021 and they Tour actual around Europe. I dont Tell its the best Band or something like that.
