Why the ACL tear is plaguing women's football

wait, research i did 15yrs ago stated that ACL damage due to the physical differences between the 2 genders…nothing to do what you are trying to imply that men are getting better support…don’t blame men for having a better physical makeup over women

Men do get better support. Male footballers get training from childhood and are all around athletes and that is protective. This doesn't happen with young girls the same way. Bad jumping and tackling habits can become set in. Nobody is saying there aren't physical differences, but that there are also other factors that can be addressed

this isn’t a new thing with regards to research…but the amount of women playing risky (once) male orientated sport in the last decade is…the support is there but women need to educate themselves of the higher risk they are to such a potentially devastating injury…just stop trying to insinuate that men are the beneficiaries….women need to understand the high risk they place themselves in at this professional level….

@H3avyHaul3r you seem to be hung up on the gender politics here.. I'm not stating men are the beneficiaries, I'm saying that the women's support should be brought up to that same level.

@@NoWheyHombre stop it…you are trying to imply gender politics yourself…its been in the wild now for decades…the same support dates back decades, the sport media are making a big deal out of it as if it’s a new thing…and it’s not

In general men’s sports produce higher revenues which allows the access to physicians, PT therapists and medical technology. The biological fact is that men have bigger muscle mass and are physically stronger which may lead to less injury. If women are going to act like they’re still stuck in the 1950’s on down the centuries then live the victimhood role. Otherwise get on with your lives and play the game.

I just made a perfectly honest comment, not derogatory, since based and also commended the women's level of skill in sports yet my comment was not accepted. WHY?

I did too, just now. I showed my evidence and cited it. Some of it was from Hopkins Medicine, debunking claims of this video…and they immediately deleted it.
