You're on target! I heard the word ichabod come straight to my spirit last month and it lined up with another word God gave me concerning someone in the church.

They are not doing everything to the glory of God. So, the glory of God had departed in many Churches.

Don't expect to "experience God" from folks who are on that "501(c)3 come-up", seek Him for yourself and you WILL experience Him like never before.

Embarrassing. I've only met one person of color in the church that has real tounges. She's gon to glory but when I heard her from a distance, my spirit knew immediately she had the real thing. I can't even explain it but it was glorious. She was tge real deal. The first and only one I heard with the real deal.

It's a whole mess right now, and only the few will get it right. If true worship, according to The Word, does not come back to the church, then it's a wrap for a lot of these congregations.

I'll never forget, years ago, a visiting pastor at a church i attended was jumping up and down in the pulpit ranting, that if a drug dealer can drive around in a purple Mercedes, why can't he??? I quietly took my young son's hand and walked out.

Its all if the shenanigans that go on in these brick and mortar bldgs. Nothing has changed its the same as the churches in scripture that Paul wrote letters to. All I want is the true Word of God. Not all the prosperity, kingdom spouse teaching. Announcements singing etc... and they leave out saying church was good today but see no fruit of the spirit.

Wow woG. This is so on point and Rhema from God. You have the heart for the sheep and lost souls. As a minister myself I know a lot of ministers would not want to hear this Truth but there are some who will hear and pray about this matter. Chitown needs more ministers like you. I have friends and family there and if God allows you to start a ministry there i would definitely let them know about your ministry. You are always transparent about ministry and life experiences. I most definitely have a heart for the lost sheep. Nobody wants to talk about the abuse and mistreatment of sheep in the flock. People are quick to talk about who they feel is rebellious, spiritually immature, doesn't study the Bible in context and much more but nobody is discussing how to gather up the displaced and scattered sheep. Leaders who have mishandled people in the flock don't apologize or even pray for the ones they have hurt or ran out the church. Nobody wants to touch on the truth concerning this topic but I will

I also like how you differentiated between people leaving the church building but still having personal relationship with God through Jesus. Many people rely to much on others for Truth. We have to be like the Bereans in Acts 17:10-11, 2 Timothy 2:15 also. Is it ok to reference what you said about people not knowing God for themselves in a sermon and bible study next week. I will mention Minister Keke lol. Get some R and R woG. You pouring out a lot but even The Lord rested Mark 4:35-40. As a minister 3 major debates in body of Christ lol Trinity vs Oneness, Pre Trib vs Post Trib, Water Baptism, Gifts Of The Spirit. The enemy tries to use divisions to also get people mad and leave places also.

Leaders can only say what's permitted and that's why folks have left the building. just as the government regulates them, they gotta stay on script, but can't stay on scriptures regulated and inspired by God. Sound doctrine is discouraged, while every wind of doctrine is encouraged. Lastly, folks love the titles, but don't want to do what those titles entail, because doing so involves obedience and persecution from the world. Jesus Christ was hated before us, so what makes us feel exempt from being hated when they claim to believe in Him? So-called "Sunday's Best" is really Everyday Worst in the sight of God.

​@@missctolbertvohFolks always talk about secular music being satanic, which is true. But this so-called "Gospel music" nowadays is just as foul. Ever since "The Stellar Awards" started back in '86, a shift started, and it wasn't a good one either. It became less about God being glorified and more about people on stage who had to denounce Jesus Christ in order to get put on. Folks tried to "justify" having them by saying, "it's for artists who weren't being recognized by The Dove Awards", when Jesus Christ said in John 12:32 KJV what would happen if He's lifted up from the earth. i remember listening to 'Love Alive II' by Walter Hawkins and The Love Center Choir growing up and how God's anointing was ALL over that album, now the anointing is completely gone and replaced with nothing but flesh. i came across a "Gospel song" called (wait for it), 'On God' and immediately thought about one of your videos where you addressed this blasphemy.

@@missctolbertvoh you forgot that there is a lot of judgment and criticism and looking down on other people in the church as well. that’s another reason. People don’t come to church these days.
