I remember going to a conversion for my MLM business, and they did the presentation and made a package of all the new products available for $300. I was SO broke just getting across country to the conversion that I just couldn't get them. I remember feeling SO completely left out and unable to function! I didn't have the mindset: "there's always something I can do"... Instead I was broke saying "nothing I can do." These videos you post are SO helpful!

This video is too relatable. There are things I need to hire someone to do for me, but I don’t in order to save money. But if I invested in someone that is an expert in that field they could potentially help bring in revenue that will grow the business... This video popped up at just the right time. Thank you

When I started watching your videos, I had all but given up on my dream. I was beginning to think that my relatives were right, and that I had to start looking for a "safe job with good benefits." I had tried that advice before, landing really good jobs at State Farm Insurance and Humboldt State University. The problem was that for every year that I was not coaching, a little piece of me died inside. I enrolled in the HTC program, and now I understand why it has been so hard for me to make money from my dream: employee mindset. The course is like acupuncture for my mind, releasing all of the stuck energy so that I can move forward with my goals. I cannot thank you enough.

It all started when I came across with one of your video called "How to buy business without money". My mind was blown away when I saw how you switch the perspective of something with apperantly no solution. Since then I've started watching your videos, reading your F.U Money book, taking notes and got a taste for personal development. I'm also starting the plan for my online business based on all the information that I got from you and other entrepreneurs out there. I'm glad I found your channel, such a genuine and funny guy. Keep up your good work!

Than you Dan, I really learn from your sharing about how to name people & the positioning. That there is no seniority or juniority, it is about how are they contributing to the company, and that's that. Naming people is very important, I like your example of naming Marketing Manager vs Chief of Revenue Generation. THANK YOU DAN !!

I was 1st time entrepreneur other than my father business selected than, very successful at the beginning, all of sudden got troubles which I can't manage and even no family and friends able to help me. I got collapsed, then struggling to settle in life became hard. I found in this IT (Information Technology) era - doing businesses other than family business or adding new things to traditional and family business is very important. Stock Market (Financial Market) knowledge is also very important. Now I am good in Marketing and Business Development Consultancy from Hyderabad, India - started online search of Podcasts and KZread videos like yours and able to learn new kind of thoughts to improve the services. In this video I am able to reconfirm - the roles and responsibilities of each Key Person is most important and how it motivates them with their title. I would like to appreciate your services towards the society - who would like to improve their management skills. Thank you very much for your videos; very good for 1st time entrepreneurs for business development. Even who is running a successful business, can also sharpen their management skills.

Dan, your videos help me so much. I am a shoe business manager at a big box retailer, even still, the pragmatic advice you give is so helpful. I unfortunately do not get paid that much, but what I lack in monetary compensation I trade for education in management skills, sales, marketing skills and how to sell to customers, among other things. I have to say once I started implementing the idea of systemizing the business, everyone working on my team became much happier and worked much better at their jobs. I hope to be starting my own business soon, and will continue to learn from your videos. Thank you for all the free content you provide, and I hope to be at a point where I can afford some of your paid consultation. Best regards.

I've been watching your videos for about a few weeks since I found my mentor whom I really resonate with.. I'm a physicist with master degree and he is an engineer, yet we decided to build up a business totally different. The most important thing I have learned from your videos is that we shoud build a team who shares the same vision with us. The process is going on great, we have already made two partners and each four of us have different skills; as you say '' A successful business is like an orchestra.''. I believe a positive attitude towards life is the most foundation of progress, and in that sense your positive mindset is contagious!

Hi Dan. I have been watching your video for nearly 3 months now. The reason I watch at first place is because at that time I was looking for some tips to identify types of customer and I was impressed when I watch your video explaining about it. I am a regional sales manager for an automative company in Malaysia. I even used that notes to present to my sales manager in my region. On top of that, I am also working on my own services business therefore I start watching your other videos..and it become my daily task list to watch your video. I start to take your advise on developing my business now, especially on systemising business operations, have given me idea to develop online business to my services business. So I started to analyse possible process flow for that. If you have an example of online services business I would really like to hear your advise. Thank you very much Dan, I appreciate your interest to help new entrepreneurs and you have really inspired me to create better business idea.

I have been a personal trainer for 5 years, but I was extremely after the knowledge and experience of it and in 3/1/2017 I managed to open a personal training Centre with a partner. Since I care alot about self education and am studying in uni to be a software engineer I managed to find you on youtube. From then I have watched maybe every single video of yours and took note. I can definitely tell you that my overall roll as a business owner has changed thus impacting the whole market in a different way, I started to think like a specialist and treat myself accountable to that extinct and I found out that my knowledge has really exceeded the knowledge of the top trainers in my country, so now am creating a story about my journey with the clients and putting my business as the face to market it very well. I am and I will be the best to impact the fitness industry in Lebanon. Your Videos have sparked MANY strategic thoughts about how I can develop myself and my business and my target is to attend your seminar and shake hands with you! I respect your hard work and generosity, you have shown to be authentic and genuine when it comes to what you do. I am a 22years old athletic performance trainer that will take the fitness industry by storm!

Work on, not in your business. Develop a business not a job. A company's culture is set beginning with the employee's title - it should imbue a sense of responsibility for their actions and outcomes. The culture of equality regardless of tenure or role creates an effective team.

I'm not sure if you would read my comment because this video was uploaded about 9months ago. but yeah I recently started to watch your videos on youtube and I got so much knowledge of business. and also motivation and inspiration. I'm as a beginner who starts own very small manufacture business(sorry I can't write it down here), want to say that I really appreciate of what you've been doing so far. I believe that you make the new or old generation get their dream faster and better. anyway, I can't tell that my business changes a lot since I watch your video because as I said I just start watching your video recently, I just start my own business(been running about 3months now) and now I'm still the only one who controls everything(I tried to invite 1-2people to work together, but it didn't work because they couldn't reach my expectation). I look for design, targeting consumer, buy materials, produce, self quality control, and etc. but there's one thing I'm pretty sure is that your videos give me a lot of encourage and knowledge so I can keep going forward and try to focus on what I'm doing even though I feel a bit struggle at the moment. thanks a lot for you effort and I really hope to have a conversation face to face one day.

Not only that but my step mom died shortly after on thanksgiving.I just went back to college this year for accounting and had a great start but after these crazy events it was hard to maintain focus on bills work study's and my emotions. my father was my best friend we worked together I lived with him. I really fell short this semester but I'm not worried I just started working again. and now I'm in the process of saving up to start some type of investment or business to start on my own but most of all I want to proved a huge positive impact on people. Hi Dan, really love you're videos and appreciate you're generosity when it comes to providing genuine and practical information to running a business. I recently opened my own shop in August where my wife and I sell Antiques and curiosities after 3 years of trading online. I watched a lot of motivational videos to inspire and encourage me to take the next step and opening the shop. In hindsight the videos did encourage me but I think you're videos gave me the tools to try and cope with my new venture. It is like if I wanted to drive a car the motivational videos make you want to drive the car and yes it is great you get a car but I feel you're videos show this is how you drive a car. this is potentially what could happen when driving. I don't know if that makes sense to you but it is the only way I can describe it. Thanks Dan and greetings from ireland

I am watching your videos for quite sometime now, and I am kind of addicted to your videos at the moment, a day can’t pass without watching your video, I don’t have a business yet but very shortly I am suppose to be opening a online selling course. I did not know how to price my course so I had priced it very low to get my first customers in but By looking at your videos I have raised the price of my course to get sophisticated and committed customers. I am open to any suggestions, Thank you.

A very big thank you to you Mr Dan Lok for your amazing videos. I actually do consider you my mentor although I don't do marketing or sales professionally. I started a website design business somewhere last year but have had difficulty landing quality clients. Response to email proposals hasn't been that good either. I would like to bug your mind on where you think I might be getting it wrong. I love business and the idea of generating multiple income streams via High Income Skills(Web designer and developer, Digital Marketer), Scalable Business( Web Design Business) and High Return Investment ( appreciate your advice).

Please show light on how to systemize manpower business. It would be appreciative if you do a video on that.... . It is too tough to deal with people management at times when we are in work force based business. Especially for Indianized system and process for recruitment please... looking forward a video on that soon …. Thanks Dan... !

Hi Dan I found your video through a random video and I’ve been a fan since then. Your videos have motivated me to better myself and to really think for myself and Ever since I started listening to you I’ve stepped up from my every day 9-to-5 job in pursuit my path to become a Amazon seller. This is my first month on Amazon and I am generating a six-figure income for this month. It is a good start however the road is still very long ahead and I really hope to meet you personally one day to thank how much you’ve helped me. This video has hit me really deep when you said you are a one man team as an entrepreneur and it is exactly how I feel and it is extremely overwhelming. Just like Luffy, I am searching for the perfect crew to join but it is difficult dealing with people. I’ve watched your video on how to interview people and how to realize their true self and it has taught me that It is extremely important to find the right people for your team to save a lot of resource from being wasted and your method has really helped me tremendously and I thank you for that.

Dan Lok, thank effing God you are here.... I did not realize how to elaborate the problem my company is facing. And here you are giving out the truth and only the truth. I am a 2nd Gen owner of my family business, I am stuck doing multiple jobs, my mum and dad are grumbling about sales but no one is trying to find new client or sales, our accountant is also our manager / chief in finance and also our supply and inventory manager, and all of the 1st Gen owners are low on productivity. Because of you now I can kick their asses so I will get my ass kicked by my own parents. But I hope my persistence in showing these faults will allow us to change for good. Thank you so much Dan. My goal now is to see you in a workshop in Canada and give you a big hug. Thank you and 10000x more thank you. See you next year, yours sincerely. EDWIN EFFENDI

In a internet business theres a lot to do Some of the key areas Content - multiple aspects Finance - etc etc Etc etc etc etc etc etc etc Here’s what it ends up looking like This is the typical organisation chart of a typical business This cannot sustain this They don’t know better 1. What are the roles, goals Successful Business are like an orchestra we want to be the conductor As an Entrepreneur leverage other peoples time and talent to achieve your dream. Four Core Parts Of A Business 1. Operations 2. Finance 3. Marketing 4. People Fill in the detail of who does what You can start doing everything but you don’t want to to make a job. Start thinking of yourself as a part from your business not a part of your business. Your business is not you. THIS IS KEY Creating a title makes a huge difference. Definitions of role or title What are your expectation? Assistant or AMAZING PROBLEM SOLVER. Give it thought how you want to word things. FOCUS on task at hand. No senior or junior... Fair game... compensation equal to performance and return!

Well, to start with. You were the one that said "ahh I don't have time to read books" is bullshit, you go to the bathroom? you read a book, even if it's only 2 minutes. That started something within me. Since then, and it's about 7 months ago, I've read about 15 books (apart from college) While being busy starting my business. I will (In a couple of years, I aim at) soon have enough money to fly from Eu to Canada and hopefully have the change to meet and thank you personally. While my lamborghini is home alone and my money is being generated. Sometimes I play games, which has drastically decreased lately, and wonder why people are spending so many hours playing a video game , while real life can be seen as one giant game and is waiting for them. As long as you aim at making enough money, you probably soon don't need to start up GTA V to fly a helicopter. Thanks Dan

Dan. Congradulations. I am watching your videos for 2 months now. Watching them every day And are not coming into an end. Thats great..my question is how to gain a capital small badget that will help me to come work and live in the US. So me i would like to ask something that i need to know depends on my personal story, I am living in a small country Cyprus and i am in the music business. is not doing well, i cannot create a cashflow. We do not have services and people that can work in a professional level. They are all doing it for fun also live performance venues are not supporting new artists because they pay well the premium already famous artists that are coming from other countries. So i have decited to change country. A bigger country maybe is helpful on having more places to present the music And find more people to believe on what i am doing. What i need to do? ?

Hi Dan I want to introduce myself first, I’m Julio and I’m a high school boy. I really like selling to people, and I know for sure that I can help businesses to sell their product to people. My problem is that I know I need a website but I’m not a programmer to build it and I don’t have too much money to pay someone, so I don’t know what to do... should I learn how to build it for myself ? Thank you for your time
