I completely understand people’s apprehension towards blood and gore, and maybe I’m just a sicko, but I absolutely ADORE blood in a wrestling match, especially when Mox does it. There’s just something to visceral, and so intimate about the process. It’s a celebration of life, y’know? And people will make jokes about Mox bleeding after being splashed in the face with above-room-temperature water all day long, but you cannot deny that it’s become an easily-identifiable part of his character, and his heel/face dynamic. Jon Moxley won’t run with anybody until he’s bled with them first. It’s a show of respect, it’s a show of trust, and it’s a show of honesty. That being said, have you noticed that, since the BCC has turned sour, Mox hasn’t bled a drop? That cannot be a coincidence.

Exactly. He loves to bleed to show respect to his opponents as his matches are like realistic not scripted. Exactly the matches of Brock Lesnar in wwe are real, his all matches seems like real. What difference in between Brock and Jon's matches is he show respect to his opponents, show his opponents talented/great but Brock only dominates his opponents for eg. wheeler yuta, evil uno, stu Grayson, konosuke takeshita, Daniel Garcia all became star after the matches with him.

I honestly don't mind blood in a match, but every week? I don't think so, it becomes predicable to the point I don't even react when he bleeds anymore. Mox has shown us he can have great matches and get the crowd on their feet without bleeding. It's just not always necessary, his Texas death match with Hangman, okay that's when it's necessary but some random ass match on Wednesday or Friday night? Lmao I love Mox and I get his character is suppose to be hard hitting but I still gotta be honest about it. Him bleeding all the time has become so predictable that I'll call it a week before the match even happens and I'll end up being right. You don't want the crowd to become so use to something they don't even react anymore or they get tired of it. But that's my opinion on it, still gonna support him regardless but I don't need to agree with everything he does.

It makes more sense to bleed in most matches than not. Ex. If you get KNEED IN THE FACE by domeone going full speed & its hard enough to be "audible" at the very least you'll start to swell/bruise. I hate watching a match that I'm being told by commentry is so physical but nobody has a mark on them. Thats why i enjoy Mox even if he doesnt bleed he looks like he was in a physical contest in which rwo adults were hitting each other

so there's this relatable character reel going on where you put a bunch of characteristics to relate with a character which has the song alone by akon, i couldn't relate to anyone until i found a l video of Jonathan hahah, the 3 reasons are i) you have zero tolerance policy for shitty people ii) you are always right but nobody relates to you (fragile ego, fragile body, weak mind, weak spirit for instance) iii) you do what you love and do not care about what people think of you love this hahah

I’ve read Jon Moxley’s book, and he said that these character traits, (apart from being things he sincerely believes) were greatly inspired by the character of Jack Reacher. Reacher’s not a traditionally GOOD person, per se, or even a traditionally BAD person, but he’ll do anything in the name of what he thinks is right, so don’t get in his way.

I love the blood I don't care. After going so long watching blood be practically almost erased from wrestling it's great to see it making a comeback. Even at WrestleMania last night Finn Balor started bleeding accidentally and they put the whole match on hold to stop the blood. It's annoying I like to see the blood I like what it adds to a match.

"Jon Moxley explains the art of bleeding during a wrestling match" his explanation is dumb. if anything Moxley doesnt get it. he wants realism but gets caught on camera blading himself after exchanging soft looking forearm smashes that dont even touch his fn forehead or even softer looking headbutts with Ishii where they are really just lightly bumping each others heads. and how realistic is it that he is the only one bleeding in every god damn match and nobody else? he hated WWEs stupid ideas but he is completely fine with his own stupid ideas in AEW. people are laughing at him and making fun of him for a reason.
