But could you, please, tell what SSE stands for and what is the difference from BSL? It is a new abbreviation for me.

Not OP, but it's Sign Supported English. Basically follows the same grammar, word order etc as spoken English, whereas BSL is a separate language and has its own grammar.

And it's not just easier to learn, but easier to do simultaneously with speaking, and also easier to use for interpreting
