It's music to my ears hearing the birds chirping insects squealing and the continuous beat of my stride while getting into deep thought. I'm not calling anyone out for using music it's probably quite awesome like I mentioned above I have never tried it. Little junk food. I don't smoke and stopped drinking alcohol in my thirties. But the one thing I kept away from was enhancing performance drugs, i.e. Steroids. I seen people using steroids, and after a few years when stopped not training any more. Please stay clean you will benefit from it later on. God bless

I just came across this video and thoroughly enjoyed it. I'm a 56 year old male, and I was and off an on runner for many years, but this year I've been able to stick with it for 6 months now. It's like an addiction for me, I keep waking up in the middle of the night, waiting for 4:15 am to come around and strap on my Hoka's and grab my black Labrador and head out for a run. I was running 5 to 6 times a week, but I started having calf issues, but now I'm back to 3 to 4 times a week. I'm building a good base and hope to up my mileage soon. Great video, thanks.....

Even more how the external world changes your life, goals like going into a war, jimmy choo or Gucci in clothing, dinner, people, importance, what makes other people and how does that make a person? the world change around you and some how you have to change with it. theirs no mercy...just a note-- what kind of person is someone? a song U2 love is blindness

@@TheRealHonestT So theoretically, I can run every day? Do you have a new good tips for better form because I wake up at like 4/5 am and I want to run but I dont run consistently anymore because I have read some websites saying running everyday is pretty bad for you.

Thank you for sharing this! It inspired me to give some thought to why I started running. I tried to similarly capture my story through a short film. Super motivated to get out for my next run! Thanks again kind sir.

When you run you just have this amazing feeling in your mind and you're kind of meditating at the same time, feel the breeze on your skin and enjoying the small little things that you don't pay attention to at other times.
