This is Praful Sonawane working as a Senior Software developer. I got Selected in Following Companies : LTI, Tech Mahindra, IBM, Altimetrik, Infovision, HCL Technologies, ACS Solution, Capgemini, Cognizant, Logixal and Publicis Sapient. It was very touch decision for me to select between IBM, Capgemini, Cognizant, HCL Technologies, Publicis Sapient. Cognizant offered me too less salary as compared to other companies. finally I've selected Publicis Sapient due to good pay as compare to other companies and the educational portal access.

Don't think too much.. Pros : You might get good package as compare to other service based companies You get portal access like udemy linkedin I am not sure about work life balance but if someone pay you then definately he expect some output from you So if you ask me i definately recommend you to join..

Same concern mera vi thamb.. Even in the quora also reviews are same.. Paise denge to kam to expect krenge na bro.. Aur market standard se yaha package accha hai.. Aur kam to vaise bhi krna hai.. Aur work life balance project pe depend krta hai..

Hire and Fire is most common thing in Service Based Company. Still it is very hard to quote regarding job security in PS. This is peak time for IT Industry.
