Another video talking about exactly what i have going on :) I've added in oxbile and bile salts on an empty stomach along with a bit of IF. My logic is to give the gallbladder/liver a bit of downtime whilst also supporting the gallbladder with oxbile and the salts.

So here I’m having some issues with all that intermittent fasting. Not sure if that intermittent fasting, OMAD or TMAD is any good for our gallbladders. The bile would only be released a few times a day which makes that bile stagnant and turn into sludge. The only study to prove this would be my own experience. Due to my cholesterol being slightly elevated my doctors have been recommending low fat diets for the longest time. That created a havoc in my digestive system so few years ago I switched to intermittent keto diet eating more meats and fats and less carbs. Well, my digestion improved but my gallbladder bile was becoming a sludge and churning up gallstones that eventually got stuck and I had to have it removed. I really believe that for the gallbladder to be healthy it needs to be emptied out more often to replace that old bile with new, and for that to happen we need to eat more fatty foods more often. Not sure if this is correct so please correct me if this is not the case.

I still have a gallbladder but I'm wondering if ox bile would help out. I'm coming from a no fat diet and I started to have shoulder blade pain. Would a diet work better than taking supplements first hand? I saw a couple of videos talking about taking supplements along with a diet to help out the sludge or fatty liver, but so far, I'm wondering if ox bile could help or diet alone could be an alternative
