I'm trying to have surgery to correct a negative canthal tilt, but in Europe we have very few surgeons offering this surgery, do you know any please?

You have access to a wide range of surgeons since you can travel easily to different countries, so I suggest contacting different eyelid specialists with your query, and perhaps do an online consultation before traveling. Hi Jose Madrid, I generally perform eyelid surgery to make people appear more vibrant, and younger, but still look like themselves. The cosmetic eyelid surgery at your age you are referring to is to change your facial character, which I don't normally recommend, or perform. Hi Kitty Kat, Scleral show does make the eyes appear more hollow as it makes the eyes look rounded, so addressing scleral show can reduce the appearance of hollowness. However, addressing scleral show alone does not address a possible lack of volume below the eyes, or puffiness in the lower eyelid that can cause the eyes to also appear hollow. I hope this clarifies things for you.

Hi Desmontando Payasos, It's not clear what you mean by "separated eyes". Is there space between your eyeballs and your lower eyelids?

Can we fix scleral show eyes lower eyelid with dermal fillers?

Hi @nizamali1873, Dermal fillers are for a volume deficiency behind the eyelid skin, but scleral show due to a skin shortage, or compromised lower eyelid support would need surgery to raise and anchor the lower eyelid, or replace lost tissue. I hope this clarifies things for you.

Could canthopexy fix 1mm of scleral show and give almond eye shape?

When dose a men’s face reaches maturity? I’m considering to have eyelid surgery at 25 years old, is this an appropriate age ??

Hi Muhammed Al, The face usually stops growing in the early 20s. That said, 25-years-old is still very young, with no age-related changes for the eyelids expected, so eyelid surgery would only be recommended at your age for a genetic issue such as eye bags. I hope this clarifies things for you.

Hi@@juicyjuicylips1210, We don't accept insurance, but insurance generally doesn't cover cosmetic eyelid procedures unless vision is affected. I hope this clarifies things for you.
