My main reason why I don’t pursue Christian women as a Christian man is because of rejection. 22 Years old spent most of my life getting rejected by women. I just gave up on pursuing and try to focus on other things in life.

Reason men don't approach women at church is same as for school and work. You make any kind of mistake it gets spread all over the church! Then you might have to stop going cause it's too shameful and embarrassing!💯 Also the embarrassment would be more extreme for a guy who has hair loss problems cause you're not supposed to have a hat on at church. Women might say "you mean this balding man REALLY thought he was good enough for you?"

I hated my experience at a church I was attending when it came to courting a woman there. It was uncomfortable, people didn't like me speaking to her, felt like a endless mind game of guessing when was the appropriate time to ask her out. It was emotionally draining and when I finally did, I approached it as a friend date and it was all for nothing as I was rejected. Going forward it was awkward, I continued to talk to her normally to make the situation normal but I was embarrassed so I ended up leaving awhile after. My experience in Church is just not it, for finding your spouse.

I agree with you man! It’s really not. Your name gets slandered by every female that knows her and God forbid you break up with her. Almost every woman that knows her pretty much hates you if you ended it. It is exactly why guys do not ask girls out knowing their values are most likely the same. Very very high pressure.

My brother, this is a fantastic video. I tell you that you broke it down so well. I totally agree with you that the he that findeth a wife verse is totally misused. Here are my reasons: 1.) the verse simply means that a man that finds or has a PRUDENT WIFE, has a gift. It is not good to find a wife and it won't be from the Lord if she is an odious woman (Proverbs 30:21-23), if she is a brawling woman( Proverbs 21:9, Proverbs 25:24). It is always the virtuous woman that is a crown to her husband (proverbs 12:4). Proverbs tells the difference between the wise and the foolish and wisdom is valuable and the principal thing(Proverbs 4:7). 2.) As you have stated, the Bible does not state anything about dating. It does talk about friendship and marriage. Dating is more of a modern concept that can be sex driven. 3.) People that use the he that findeth a wife verse forget that the Jews had a completely different custom in regards to marriage. There were arranged marriages where the parents and families orchestrated the union. One example would be Moses getting married to Zipporah (Exodus 2:16-21). Abraham gets his servant to find a wife for Isaac (Genesis 24). Mothers did the same arranging as fathers (Genesis 21:21). There were levirate marriages as the example of Boaz and Ruth. The law for that is in Deuteronomy 25:5-10. 3.) To find and pursue are totally different. Finding something can be intentional or non intentionally. You can find something without looking for it. Great video

Keep it real!! It don't need to be scientific or have counseling to meet someone. Just let them know, plain and simple. If they are not the one move on. We expect so much. Don't set your standards so high. GOD haven't made that kind of person yet for some of us.

I've always noticed I've never seen married couples in church show affection. No hugging , kiss or peck, rubbing back. Even if in a fun off site church event. I think that needs to change and live amongst married couple needs to be shown and take away that stigma of being affectionate towards those who are married to one another. Off topic but I've always noticed it. I've never met a couple who loves and shows affection. Whether saved or not.
