Why asking for HELP is a sign of STRENGTH

Today I've done something that I should of done a while ago but thought it was a weakness. asking for help is one of the bravest things I've ever done.

You are a brave man to share your situation. Take care. Never had my PSA test lost is 12 years of cancer. They did get my radiation info wrong, and had to be sent home on the first day. That messed up my head. It's a tough road. My dad said it's something you go through on your own. Surgery radiation, and hormone therapy ten years ago, and now radiation on one lymph node and the hormone injections again, plus Xtanadi. Trying the keep the big picture. Thanks for listening guys.

Thanks again Woody for sharing, and for being yourself. MIND yourself. Have been on the prostate journey for nearly 11 years and now on hormone treatment on 6 months off 6 months depending on psa levels. God bless. Phil.

I use to cry some time each day. The testosterone destruction by drug degarelix makes our mind so weak. Absence of testostetone which should slow cancer progress is a terrible thing. Never discussed in oncology department. They hide this side effect from us, and family members can not understand this situation either. Pitty that you and me live so far away, dear Woody. Be brave, I understand you. I have lutetium therapy, not easy at all. Maybe it helps we will see after some cycles of therapy. Ma psa is 500.

Woody sorry you are having a frustrating time waiting for a PSA test result then being told that they have lost it. It must be hard working whilst on ADT with stage 4 cancer.

It's tough, I get up at 5am and get home at 5pm, it's a long day but I love my job and wouldn't have it any other way. I'm extremely grateful I can still work.
