Thanks. Not sure i'm 'healed' yet, but certainly working on it. It's a hard issue for most men to look at, especially when their own wounds are still subconscious. I hope to share the path that has helped me develop the empathy and understanding necessary to have these sorts of conversations with women in my life. It has been very healing for both sides.

The concepts you're talking about are not difficult. It's the same basic principle of what is pushed culturally: focusing on what we 'should' or 'deserve' to have. Or if we 'talk' about it, magically it becomes better. Anyone with these mindset is going to be enbittered, why wouldn't they? Life isn't fair for everyone. The 'mental health stigma' is a perfect example that can be applied to so many things. We've talked and talked and ironically it's gotten much worse due to everything being relative, fixating on the past and no clear direction. Like of course it's going to be and get worse as it has. We can all hold hands, cry in a circle and pretend to be surprised that life sucks that everyone gets cheated at some point, or we can focus on what we do have which is SO much more than any society in all of human history. And your advice is the generic 'be a better human.' So inspirational. Areligious people really are truly gaslighting Christians with how picture perfect the Western World fits to the Laodicea church.

I completely agree that we have so much in comparison to the rest of human history. In fact it’s only from this abundance that we’re actually in a position to care at all about going beyond mere survival. Also true that life isn’t fair, but is it not worth working towards greater fairness and compassion for those not as fortunate as us?

You are of course free not to care. Curious what you mean by it’s what they wanted?

I don’t see anger I see unending ignorance and a bunch of spoiled brats who have barely ever taken accountability for their actions when it comes to nearly any circumstance. This is comical.

I’m sorry to hear this has been your experience so far with the women in your life. I’ve also experienced my fair share of entitlement, arrogance and ignorance in women - which actually offered me a reflection of what I needed to work on within myself.
