Cholesterol has no relation to heart attack , 75% of heart attack patients don't even have high cholesterol . It is just found in arteries during heart attack , doesn't mean its causing it . My theory is cholesterol is one of the biggest molecule in the body , when there is a internal damage in arteries body uses cholesterol to block the artery from internal leakage . Actually problem must be oxidants , which are causing cell damage internally leading to weak arteries .

Among many complex reasons of the mind and body, one is not eating water rich foods. Which means depleting minerals and vitamins. People have stopped eating vegetables. Another extremely underrated reason is, keeping lights on after 7pm. Yes your heard pumps against gravity, towards your brain and eyes, for additional many more hours compared to our ancestors. Because lights keep the brain on. And it's the most energy consuming organ. Hisaab laga lo.

The reason is Indians who immigrate to US or other countries, live a stressful life compared to their western counterparts, this comes in with being an immigrant and other factors as well. This way your body will acclimate to new pressure. If you cant talk properly while exercising that is a telltale sign of high intensity. You should be able to talk even if your breath rate is high, it doesnt mean you cant take this intensity but u have to be at that level of fitness to tolerate that intensity which can be built over time

Heath is wealth is a very important proverb that today's generation is not recognising. For quite sometime, India has been witnessing deaths of youngsters by heart attack. Heart attack of young people was once a joke is now turning into reality. Well what could be the reason behind this - First, lifestyle of children has changed then before . When I was a child , our maximum time used to had been spent on playing outdoor games but today's culture has transformed them to online gaming mode . No need to name online gaming that has killed many by suicides, this smartphones has really very bad impact on children nowadays. Second reason is the increasing stress on our young generation, lack of job , social and religious distractions has made life very hectic and the reason of high blood pressure and heart desease. Third is excessive gym and consumptions of protein powder is making health worse of those who want instant biseps and muscle . Forth as mentioned many time is air pollution . As high pollution has made life vulnerable . The type of food we are having today which are stuffed with masala , oil etc are more likely to make our organs damaged. Its sad but we need to accept the truth and find ways to get rid of this. Parents must understand this by teaching healthy habits to their children in addition to asking them to play outside. Children today are having thick eye spectacle and obesity which shows the way they are living. We must change it to make india a fit nation.

Let me explain. Apart from cigarette n alcohol. Last few years consumption of Weed n Hash has increased considerably among 18 to 40 age group. Excess consumption of Weed or Hash lowers your BP which sometimes disturbs hearts rhythm which results in cardiac arrest. It's not heart attack it's cardiac arrest which results in immediate death. Also some people drink alcohol + smoke weed/hash which is dangerous n could give u cardiac arrest.

People have been eating junk foods, sleeping bad, leading sedentary lifestyles for a long long time, how many times in your life, except in the last 2 years, have you heard about these mass heart attacks and people dying from it?? Especially young people below 40. Heck even below 30, Don't you think "something" has changed in the bodies of people just in the last 2 years??

It's because of the vaccines. The vaccines are scientifically proven to cause myocarditis and physical activity puts stress on the heart weakened by the vaccines causing heart attacks. India has to wake up before its too late.

I' m so lucky that I do not have INDIAN genes. I used to take hard-drugs, not sleep for 5-7 days and workout in Gym for hours nd then go for kickboxing plus working in night-shift. But I'm still healthy and alive. I'm from Darjeeling. My grandparents were from My Everest base area.

Its the jab. Carbs cause heart disease, not butter or cheese. The cholesterol hypothesis is based on cherry picked data of a handful of countries. Our ancestors ate a lot of animal products, and so should we.
