Hi. I used to attend CUT in Bloemfontein and it had programs that took students regularly to European universities If u visit the UJ international office, I bed that they’ll give you information. Alternatively u can just apply to a university in Germany directly! Also visit DAAD online for funding opportunities

Do you need to learn the native language, German, to study and work/permanently relocate to Germany?

Yes, there is a certain level of German you are required to be able to speak if you want a job Studying I’m not sure
