15 Reasons Why you Should Move to Germany

Germany is an amazing country with a rich cultural heritage. From its vast forests and mountains to the incredible cities filled of history, there are plenty of reasons why you should consider moving here.
In this video I'm going to walk you through 15 reasons why you should move to Germany. So, stay tuned for some great insights into why Germany could be your next home sweet home!
1. Efficient public transport
Exploring Germany is a breeze with their renowned public transport system. From getting around cities to travelling round the country, German public transport provides the perfect solution.
The trains are famously punctual, buses are dependable, and many cities have trams that make getting around a cinch. It is one of the best reasons why you should move to Germany.
Plus, cyclists have the luxury of exclusive bike lanes. Additionally, the best part is that it's very affordable; tickets are cost-effective, with discounts for students and elderly people. If you plan ahead, you can even get some incredible bargains, like three-day passes at bargain prices.
2. It’s very beautiful
Germany boasts some of the most breath-taking natural wonders, from undulating hills and craggy mountain summits to enchanting forests and formidable rivers. It is one of the reasons that you should definitely consider while moving to Germany.
As well as this, there are plenty of cities and villages with their own distinct character. Whether you're looking for a bustling city like Berlin or Munich, or a tranquil village tucked away in a valley, you'll find something that appeals to you.
Furthermore, if you're seeking out breath-taking views, then Germany has plenty to offer. But why is this an essential factor when picking a place to relocate? Because beautiful surroundings can have a real impact on our mental health; being surrounded by attractive landscapes can promote a sense of cheerfulness and contentment.
3. Reasonably affordable place to live
From beer gardens to bratwurst, there are plenty of reasons why Germany should be your new home. But one of the biggest reasons why you should move to Germany is that it's relatively affordable when compared with other countries in Europe.
Renting a flat can vary in price depending on which city or town you're looking at - but rents are quite reasonable. And if you're planning on buying property, this too is usually more cost-effective than elsewhere in Europe (just make sure you have savings first).
Germany also has low taxes for residents and citizens - so no need to worry about paying through the nose! Plus, wages tend to be higher here than many other European countries - making it easier to save up some cash.
4. Efficient postal service
Germany has a postal system that is renowned for its dependability. Letters sent within the nation arrive quickly and with little difficulty. Delivery is surprisingly fast, even across vast distances, and tracking is a breeze.
You don't have to worry if your mail got misplaced or if it is tied up in customs; when you post something within the country, it will reach its destination on time, or maybe even faster.
Furthermore, the rates are very competitive worldwide and customer service is great, so international mailing won't cost you an arm and a leg. It is one of the reasons that you could consider if you want an efficient postal service before moving to Germany.

I can give you 15 reasons why I would quit Germany after living there for over 30 years. It was once beautiful, disciplined and filled with hard working people who rebuilt it after being destroyed. 1) It is today a land where the same hard working people have to dig in trash bins for empty bottles to make ends meet.2) The transport system is going to the dogs. Most trains almost 90 percent arrive late at their destinations.3) It has one of the most ridiculous bureaucracy that I have ever come across. 4)As a coloured foreigner you will always come across racists moving around. 5) Homeless-I suggest go in the Underground stations and the main railway stations in the big cities to see it. 6) Central Railway stations are full of drug peddlers and drunkards 7) Free education- That is because Germany is facing an acute shortage of skilled workers. The costs will be recovered from them after they start working as they will have to pay high taxes and fill the coffers of the State social system which is always bankkrupt. 8) Rich Culture. I do not know what the rich culture is all about. It is the same in most european countries 9) Equal pay and opportunities. Never heard of that. Pay is mostly secretive. Only the Employer and the employee knows about it. Most foreigners will be underpaid as they are usually not aware of what employees are paid. They will always be placed in the lower pay scale groups. Most German bosses will consider Germans to be more skilled than foreigners when it comes to pay raises.10) There is a form of closet racism and discrimination prevailing in Germany.11) The German Labour offices are terrible and even the germans find them so. They will take your contributions to the job insurance with wide open hands but when it comes to paying back they will try to make it as hard as possible to pay you. 12)Germans know how to make the best use of their workplace. Most will check in at work, go around for 10 minutes then have a breakfast and coffee at their desk, take the most time in the toilets and check out punctually after 8 hours (13) What you pay as social contributions into the system are meant for the retired generation. The children of today will pay for the older generation and with its demographics the German social system is on the verge of a crash and so the need for accepting any tom , dick or Harry. Therefore Germany is not a place for hard working skilled workers as they will only be paying for all the lazy ones.(14) THE TAX SYSTEM WILL ENSURE THAT YOU ALMOST GO BANKKRUPT. Any savings will be taxed and not only that they will run after you even for what you have in your home office. (15) Germany is the only place alongwith Austria in the world where the state taxes you for following a Religion. About 8 to 9 percent of your income tax. And all this where the Religion will be corrupted by leaders with their Agenda of LGBT Marriages. The Germans want to change religious Beliefs to suit their own Beliefs. . .

@@bryantwhitis6446 More positive comments as most youngsters and new commers to Germany have no idea how their laws functions. Their tax laws for instance are based on their colonial and Nazi era which means you are taxed on your global income. You are not allowed any deductions in your foreign income which normally are allowed for your local income. The laws are made to ensure that skilled workers once in Germany are bonded to the country. The pensions are taxed if you leave the country at a higher rate depending upon which country you are from. It is difficult for Skilled germans to leave Germany.. Skilled workers are normally highly paid and pay high taxes. The positive comments will definitely be from lazy and others who go to Germany to live on social benefits which are normally higher than the average pay of most lower income Germans. Germans do not practice what they preach just like other colonial powers. Look at the EU the south is almost depopulated with most of the people migrating to the North. Germany, Uk and so on have moved most of their industry to China and other cheap countries instead of moving it to the south reason. is evident.

@@ancientmantles2921 Real Germans leave the country. If u wanna come in u can come. No prb. Ure only in disadvantage if ure German. So don't worry. When ure german, u get kicked out of ur home so immigrants can move in. Not even kidding. They removed 20 seniors from their retirement homes so refugees can move in 😂 Was like 1 or 2 months ago. If u wanna look for a home, prepare to visit flats with like 100 other people. Maybe be so kind and spare some change for old German seniors who are digging in trashcans to find something good. Oh and prepare to change ur parking lot when being approached by gypsies. They usually won't let go until u give them something. Won't really let u get out of the car.

Germany has low or no taxes for the millions of rich Arabs who come in disguised as Refugees If you come in legally as a skilled worker their Finanzamt will ensure that you return back home without even the clothes you have on. And if you are a rich citizen they will dig open your grave if you owe them a cent.

Not to forget, you have to work until 67 before retiring and getting a pension that is average at best compared to the rest of Europe, highest costs for an appartement, pensioners have to collect empty bottles in the rubbish while for "refugees" the magic word asylum is already enough to receive free living costs. The slightest criticism on these conditions and you are quickly labelled in the Nazi corner, racist, antisemit. Germans are running away and you draw a picture of a garden eden. Welcome in reality.
