What's his is hers and wants hers ain't his. Why is this, because men have an instinct to provide, women do not have that instinct and the second the woman starts paying for the man she feels like she's being used and she starts getting very very resentful. That's why men don't care how much she makes.

"What about the personality that comes with that though?" So she is referring to how women who make more money have traits that come with making more money such as: - Expects the man she is with to still make more money even though she probably doesn't even need it. Also will barely ever spend money on her man. - Is independent but still wants the man to buy her everything. - Is much more masculine, less agreeable. - Will always say things like "I don't need a man" when men say anything that they would want from a woman. So basically a woman who makes more money doesn't mean nothing, it actually is just straight up less attractive to a man.

She made for a brief period of time support him but she is not going to carry the financial responsibilities of the household. Yes it does happen on rare occasions but those are outliers and far from the norm.
