That must have been like pushing out a bloody christmas turkey..he's nearly as big as Teeny !!.. but as alpha she always gets first pick of the food so always has decent size babies..i actually think Bubby was bigger than Boppy..she was huge. 🇬🇧💞👍😍😎👏🐵🐒

Kimmarievanever Vanever I feel for her. My babies were all between 9lbs 10 ozs and 10 lbs15 ozs. 🤯☘️💞

I think Spikey has to be the cutest boy this year. He is ADORABLE! I can't wait to see what Reddy has this year.

@@graciestar8064 oh Gracie I miss our Dopey SOOO much..it was the way he scrunched up his face and when he misbehaved he gave such an innocent 'who me' look..he like Baty and Spocky are too young to be out if their natal troop fending for themselves..the last video Arroz had he was with Buddy so he wasn't on his own but the last few videos of Arroz Buddy was back in our gang so the Dopester must be on his own and my heart breaks💔 thinking that.. Reddy is such a good mom he must miss the love..she has Dipsy and she's due to give birth any time now..its always Reddy thats last to pop..

I’ll be sad when Grandee is gone, watching his affection with and even adoration for his offspring was so heartwarming.💞🥰

Rena is a cute name for Lubbys little girl. Lets hope Dorothy lets Dorthy have her baby back. He seems to want his momma. ;)

Watching your videos, for the most part, (only the ones where someone is hurt or missing don’t) is so calming and relaxing and brings a smile to my face when I see the beautiful families and their interactions with one another. I am so glad I came upon your channel!💞🥰

Nipple stimulation, AKA, induced lactation. It is not only in rhesus, humans can do it also, even primapara. It is easier for women who have nursed in the past but most women can do it with some supplementation. The primate body is truly an amazing thing.

Dollys newest son looks like a premee, it would explain his slower development-and as she’s had so many babies, wouldn’t be surprising.

The 2019 babies are my 1st babies I've followed from birth, and I have always loved lil Starry... she is SO cute wanting to hold lil Wilma! And hearing her talk too, sooo cute! ☺ then moving on to try with Rena for a few. I just love lil Starry ❤ Thank you, Arroz!! Take care & stay safe.

Same here, my first baby was Kailey 🐒♥️ when I somehow landed on Arroz channel. I kept coming back to see her and became a follower. Now I am always looking forward to seeing new videos. RIP lil Kailey. ❤️💐🙋‍♀️

@@RejParent Kailey's disappearance is heartbreaking for sure. She struggled through so much and came so far... I'm glad she was part of Grandee's girl gang and experienced some of the "good monkey life" while she was here for her short lil time. Aw, Taggy, that’s so nice of you! Glad you’re not “shooting blanks”! Babies are adorable!!! Hard seeing Grandee and not our Kailey. 😢🥺 Yea, I’m thinking Dorothy “kidnapped” her grandson... not like a Gypsy situation. Wait, both Dorothy and her daughter have the same name???

I've watched these troops for a couple of years now and in all that time I can't remember any of these yearlings or juveniles actually getting to hold the newborns. Lol.

I feel so sorry for Dorthy. And Spikey has got some growing to do. He is tiny compared to the rest of the crop.

I don't understand why Dorthy even lets her mom get close to her babies that young. If she would not allow her to get close, this wouldn't happen. The one good thing is, the babies won't starve with their grandma.

If the alpha’s job is to have lots of babies aren’t most of the babies his? Does that not leave fewer females for him as I assume he won’t mate with his daughters or nieces? 💕💕💕💕😍😍

There are lesser alpha males, plus the occasional roaming bachelor who will mate with the females in a troop. We saw that happen in a video with Reddy when Dopey was around 6-7 months old.

DNA testing has shown that about 80% are fathered by the Alpha, the lesser Alphas and the occasional roving male accounts for the rest. However, an Alpha’s time at the top is usually relatively short, about 3 years. His daughters aren’t fertile before he is defeated and usually run off.

I have not heard about female macaques going down in rank for haing a long string of boys. Does this happen often? I was under the impression females kept their rank forever and ever.
