I have practiced oil pulling with coconut oil for years and although I drink coffee daily and eat dark berries I have no problems with my teeth staining. It also keeps my teeth free from tartar buildup. Haven't had a teeth cleaning in years. I just take a teaspoon of coconut oil and swish it around in my mouth at the end of the day for around 10 minutes three times a week or so. Highly recommend this practice!
