I just recently purchased Holbein and let me tell you I think these colors are stunning. I bought the standard 24 set. The 12 set of pastels. And also ordered about 9 individual tubes that were single pigment. They are lovely. The horizon blue. Mineral violet. Shell pink. Leaf green Quin scarlet ( coral) Quin magenta. Ultra marine. Bamboo green. Quin Gold. And my personal top favorite MARINE BLUE is to die for. 💙

Oops. Forgot my favorites. Hematite mist is #1, Violet shadow, Dark Blue, and Taiga. All these give me ideas about mixing my own. Glad you were able to find these paints. 😀 TFS

they have now 22 crasy colors ... 🤩 I own atm 12 of them in a small palette and I have a lot of fun with this crasy awesome highly pigmented stuff 😃

Nooooo.. I don't make much art anymore and certainly don't keep up with new art supplies, but your video was in my recommendations and White Nights is my fav brand 😭 Your diagram does de"mist"ify (pun intended 😉) the colors and makes it obvious that these are easy to mix. Thanks a lot!

I want the dotcard ;) Great video and not so great watercolors. However I liked the Cobalt mixes, nice to have them for moody skies. But having already a pan of WN Cobalt blue and not liking its behavior I am not sure to buy these mist mixes.

because I already ave some supergranulating colours, I would say, out of these, I like the lilac mist most. interesting, that it is transparent

​ @Alice Lim there is a number of cases when they stated their tubes have 15 ml and after measuring it's revealed only 11-13, one popular local art KZreadr saw this and asked them to clarify this case (and many others) and they just started bulling her instead of apologizing, it was really rude. Plus people saw a short movie from this factory and noticed those poor workers who work with toxic pigments and so do not have proper protective suit. Well, they stated that their White Night watercolour has Artist grade, but comparison with other Pro watercolours proves that their standards are a bit outdated, it cannot be compared with DS/Schmincke etc. I don't mean their product is bad but for some local artists, they have a kind of spoiled reputation. Though, almost every brand has it. doesn't it? Cannot help but recall this story about DS and their weird statement about "genuine" minerals in "primatec" seria.

Taobao is the China version of aliexpress. Ahhh so it’s not that difficult to get them after all.

@@eurekawanders it’s a pain in the butt ! I happened to accidentally find them and after I paid and gave all info, it took me hours to find and retrieve my receipt and account info as they sent nothing! Delivery is 6 weeks out😢😥😝😝😝😱🤔🤔🤔

They certainly don’t granulate like Daniel smith granulating colors do. That’s too bad.
