Spectacularly presented cocktail!! Terrific bartender!!

Nice!!!

1st. Not even a classic recipe, the measures are being poured quite disrespectfully. 2nd. The flair is good, but too theatrical & mannerist, quick moves, no clear idea of what is going on in the jiggers. 3rd. Shaking is great, but there's no good quality ice for that type of shake & duration of shaking + no double straining, taste before innexistent serving poor glass choice,& litterally no garnish at least a peel. 4th. Health & Safety procedures are is all over the place. Just flash & House gin mate 28£. Quality 14.5£ Grade 6.5/10.
