Great Video for indoor training sessions; and I have to conveniently just halve your watts for the same heart rate; perfect. Thank you ;)
반갑습니다 응원합니다 👏 👏 👏
Good vid . I’m a lower mainland cyclist but I couldn’t do what you guys did .👍👍👍👍👍👍
Great ride and nice video! You're super fast...what's your FTP and W/KG?
Great video quality! What type of settings did you export / import with?
Great vid. How many cameras did you have to use and which app did you use to overlay the graphics?
Great video. I have signed up for the 2024 ride. My first one - any tips on training or for the actual ride?
Great video. What settings in the GoPro to make battery last 4hrs and what size memory card? Thanks.
Northern California, Oregon area?! Looks so familiar!!
Great work! How did you manage to run your Gopro for this long? Did you change battery underway?

Thanks! I had a small power bank plugged into the GoPro.

Yeah, a battery pack will keep it running. I have rides that recorded 5 plus hours.
Great vid but that guy on the ghost bike really needs to lower his seat a bit :)

Hopefully, he will watch the video too! Sometimes you don't notice until you see yourself pedalling from behind.

Indeed! It's painful to watch him. He has to hyperextend his ankle and rock his hips and lower back to complete the stroke. How can you not feel that's just wrong and uncomfortable, let alone not look around you and see you're way out of the zone of normal?
This is so cool! How do u get the overlap of all the stats on top of your recordings? IS there an app that syncs up ur stats with the video?

I use Garmin Virb Edit. It's made for Garmin computers, but will work with any .fit files and most Gopro footage.

@aclement30

It's a GoPro 8 plugged into a power bank. The limitation is actually the space available on the SD card for footage (around 5hrs).

Finish whistler granfondo after how to back to vancouver?
What tool do you use to get that KM/h information there?

How does he keep the gopro running for 4 hours?

resolution can be higher, this is not so clear
Question: how can you tell if the rider in front of you is a douche or not? Answer: Does he ride a Cipollini?
@a2w3d

What do you have against the guy on the Cipollini, did I miss something?
I realized that I have to invest a lot in a road bike to be even with other guys , the roads here are not nice like this one , and its very dangerous to ride here very bad car drivers . I quit road cycling and will stick to gravel and an off road bike
I watch these kind of rides and think to myself this doesn't look like that much fun. Then to compare I watch videos of Singlespeed group rides and those people are just laughing and carrying on having a blast. My next bike is going to be a Singlespeed. Roadies and road rides are boring and everything about it is expensive.

as a beginner, it amazes me that these cyclist can put out 300+ watts then heartbeat still at 120bpm. meanwhile Im 7 months on and off, when i put out 170 watts my heartbeat goes 160bpm this video says a lot about their training, although im not pretty sure what type of single speed you have in your country. here single speed are like hipsters who just mashes through pedal until they gasp out of air, slams their stem without thinking about their bikefit, just cycling to the nearest mall and vaping. They're just undisciplined in my definition. It could be different in your country so excuse me if its not the same.
