So, there is no detergent dispenser? It goes in the basket over/under the laundry. I am just double checking. I looked all over the washer and I only seen the dispenser for bleach.

@cusimano21 I've been using the faucet option to dilute the detergent as I put it in. I don't think there is one, If a dispenser does exist, it is hidden really well.

Yes, there is not a detergent dispenser included with this model.

Just bought this model today, delivery next week. Under the normal setting, how many minutes does it take to complete a wash? My old machine had a digital countdown so I knew exactly how much longer it would take to finish. Do we have to make a mental note of what time we started for us to guess the expected finish time?

On Whirlpool washers it can take anywhere from 50 minutes to an hour to do a complete wash. Though if you do quick wash, it takes about 30 minutes.

Where is a user guide at? I dont want manual that has nothing but safety in it. I want to learn how to operate it. You cant even open it to fix an off balanced load.

This washer is horrible. It is so loud . It sounds like a rocket ship getting ready to launch. I really hate it. Please tell people the truth about this thing. It sometimes doesn't have enough water to dissolve the tide pods. I have to baby sit this machine. I absolutely hate it!!!

Whirlpool especially this one is junk which is what I purchased. It didnt last even one year. Customer service is nonexistent and frustrating. DONT BUY

Ronald, we have our own in-house service department here for our customers. Have you tried reaching out to a local service repair nearby? Your unit might also still be under warranty from the manufacturer.

The lid lock is a cheap piece of crap that breaks very easily disabling the entire machine
