It depends on what you're looking for. If you want to be further out, then Covington might be a great choice. Not a ton to do there, but there are some hidden local gems in terms of dining that are very nice! It's kind of a mixed bag. I've sold a couple flip houses there and a traditional sale but I don't think it's growing as much as Millington for instance and suburbs just outside of Memphis proper.
