It is him! He apparently lives in hendersonville
Thanks for the reminder, I was going to tell you I rescued a turtle yesterday on Indian Lake Blvd.
Haha, I lived in Hendersonville for a summer back in 2011 and laughed at the "larping" part. I remember those larping kids. Good times.
I live here, and that is completely accurate about the intersection
im proud to even graduate high school from there this year!

Lived here 1 year now, and everything this guy says about H'ville is true! Love this!
I remember when this came out and we were all passing this video around and laughing about it. Now 11 years later I go back and watch it and wonder why there isn't a DING after every point.
We watched this video in 2012 in NYC. 14 months later we were living in Hendersonville. 10 years later and the greatest move we’ve ever made. We are full though now! 😂
this is now my favorite video on youtube
Great video! Haha! Getting ready to move to the area and looking for some insight. Thanks!
yep. this is where I'm moving next. Thank you for this commentary, completely void of sarcasm or hyperbole. You are quite the pitchman for this beautiful town.
Damn I live in the same city as cinema sins.

So congested and traffic is terrible ...... worse than Chicago area! Goodbye country charm. This is how Illinois started 20 yrs ago, now it’s just subdivisions and townhouses like Franklin and Nashville area. Soon all the farmland will be gone in Nashville area like Chicago.
We're considering moving to Hendersonville from San Diego and this video was extremely informative! ;) Love it! All the while more reason to move there now. :)

Exactly what I was thinking! ;)
Dear Viral Orchard, Your guided tour of the wonders of Hendersonville is very much like I remember from my time living there. (Fool that I am, I moved back to Ohio. Fool, Fool, FOOL!!!) But I have to take issue with one of the wonders you neglected to mention: The Annual Hendersonville Christmas Parade of the Stars!!! OMG, I LOVED that parade. It’s the only “Doo-Dah Parade” I ever saw that was convinced it was the Tournament of Roses, and acted accordingly. I’ve seen the new “post-bypass” parade on videos here, and I suppose that is much safer, but my familiarity harkens back to the classic days when only three lanes of Gallatin Road were closed to accommodate the marchers, and traffic was maintained on the other two. The parade lined up on Rockland Road (in front of what was then The Oak Ridge Boys office), and up the first block of Free Hill Road to the gas station at the light. It then turned right and marched through town to what was then Drake’s Creek Park (now Memorial), where it made a loop in the parking lot, and went back the other way. The result was you saw everything twice-only a little more disjointed the second time around. There were the obligatory fire trucks (hook & ladder came, of course!!!), police cars, decorated business floats (Domino’s threw “Noid” figures), classic cars, and marching bands. If you were really lucky, Chris Clark would come out and narrate the parade for public access television. (One year, he was joined by Miss Mae Axton, who cheerily announced something like “Mr. & Mrs. John Smith in their 1920 Model T Ford.” And then turned to Chris Clark and asked (on an open mike), “Who’s that?” I nearly had to peel my brother off the floor, he was laughing so hard!!! There are just no words to tell you how much I LOVED that parade. If you take some high school marching bands, tour buses, shrine clowns, and assorted famous (and semi-famous) people, put ‘em in a bag and shook ‘em up, and then added a decorated garbage truck from the sanitation department (No, I’m not kidding!!! Hey, they washed it out!!!), you would have the Hendersonville Christmas Parade of the Stars. And since everybody’s home this year due to Covid, everybody who is anybody ought to come and be a part of it. If I had the money to travel to Nashville right now, you are d*mn tootin’ I’d be there!!! This parade alone is worth the trip!!!
Very sweet looking town! :), I love Tennessee!! It's like 1 of my 2 fave southeastern states. Florida is the other 1!! :)) I might try 2 like take a drive through Hendersonville the next time I'm like visiting Nashville!:) I'm from Baton Rouge & if I did like move 2 Tennessee, my top 2 choices r Nashville & Knoxville :))
my family and I felt like pioneers when we moved to Indian Lake in 2002, cause we were the only Mexicans in town....and even though there werent other hispanics I loved the hosptality and care everyone shows, all the neighbors are great.. I have truly never met a snobby person in Hendersonville.
My family moved to Hendersonville late in 1976, even before McDonald's opened in 1977. I think what you thought was a Hardee's used to be a Burger King, if it's near the old K-Mart site at Gallatin Rd. & Indian Lake Rd. It was worse going to Nashville before the bypass was built. It used to require taking Gallatin Rd. all the way into Goodlettsville and turning at Two-Mile Pike (where Rivergate is) then waiting to turn onto I-65 from there.

If you're heading north toward Gallatin, turn right just before First Baptist Church/YMCA entrance, where they put up that new tire place. In the big empty field before the condos, they larp on weekends when the weather is good. Haven't seen them in a while, though.
Reason Number 13 - Taylor Swift
This video is hilarious. I now know I never want to live here, but still funny video. I laughed out loud.
Also, we are there on Saturdays from 12-4 usually.

My Dad and I live in Gallatin. He has to base his painting business out of Hendersonville because he would never get work when it was stationed in Gallatin. Due to racism. Thanks Gallatin and Hendersonville.
Reason 12. Discount Stores. Most suburbs would give anything to have just one Goodwill store. Well, with Hendersonville you can now have two. And if Goodwill isn't your thing, you can also choose from Ross or Steinmart.
Reason 11. Hendersonville always ensures new buildings are constructed for discount stores such as Goodwill, which is fortunately coming to Indian Lake.... right next to Union University. The city understands that vacant lots such as Kmart and Food Lion are very important for the culture of its citizens and wouldn't dare filling them.
my home town
Worked in Hendersonville at hospital and canfield inn
Love it lol
Great
That guy is epic!
Makes me want to move there!
You sir have just hurt my ribs. I laughed my balls off.
pretty spot on!! ha ha ha made me laugh
I love the horse cop in Drakes Creek park that brushes her horse while traffic backs up to the back field....What other town has a horse cop? Hendersonville does because we are awesome
Let me start with go bucs class of 96... That being said, the biggest thing I missed was the six HPD patrol cars on a 3 mph over traffic stop at 3 pm when a boy was trying to get to Krogers to bag some groceries back in the day..... Damn, shouda went to Hendersonville..... No screw that, ill take the ticket!
Wait, I should know this as I live here but....... what was it two times before barefoot charlies?
I almost went to every place in this
It’s so congested and traffic is worse than Chicago area. I couldn’t wait to leave and go back to my small peaceful farm town.
24,105 views. That's nearly half of the entire population of the town. Impressive.
We used to have a Dunkin' when I was little!
Winning.
For those of you that may ask: yes this is Jeremy from Cinemasins, if you haven’t noticed he lives in Hendersonville. AND THE SPUTNIKS COMMENT IS SO FUNNY
Oh wow! Still super funny! I lived there for for 15 yrs at least
Yes, so true. I love this, even though I don't live in H'ville anymore. By the way, he didn't even touch on the many cool nicknames Hendersonville has, like "H'ville", "H-Vegas", etc...
