I have many clients that are utilizing your same strategy of waiting until the beginning of 2023. I will say there is definitely more flexibility in the market for home buyers right now when it comes to prices and incentives being offered.

Great video. Comparing what you can do in each city and what amenities they have misses a key point maybe? You can do both! I live in Cedar Park, one block from Round Rock and one block from Austin (Brushy Creek). We enjoy all the great places in Cedar Park AND all the great places in Round Rock. Even Georgetown is pretty accessible and has great places/things to do. Good to see you promoting the area, we love it!

I would like to see a video comparison of Round Rock and San Marcos. The outlet mall in San Marcos is still much bigger than the one in Round Rock.

Hey Jacqueline. There is one called Hidden Creek Ranch. I know that Manor does as well. I have a client building a house in Manor so that she can be near her horse so that may be an option as well.

It really depends on what subdivision you live in. In Round Rock the range can be 2.0% - 2.9% and Cedar Park it can range from 1.99% to 2.6%.
Hi, I need your advice if am working in the domain. Should I live in the city or it is comfortable to commute from Caliza apartment in cedar park? I check it is 20 minutes away from the domain. Thank you.

Hello Elisabeth, traffic can be unpredictable. The commute to the Domain (via Cedar Park) can be comfortable, but it depends on the time you need to get to work and leave. If possible, I recommend testing the commute during your usual working hours a few times to get a better idea of the commute duration and if it would be manageable for you every day.

@@LiveInATX Hi Angie, I am living in CA now and probably will move in Aug for the job. I have applied to Caliza, I think Westwood HS is also having a great rating, correct? Here in LA suburbs, driving 15 minutes is considered okay :) How long is it weekdays office hours do you think commute to the city? Could you please cover the arboretum as well? Thanks a lot!!! GBU
