Everyone views every character a deferent way. It’s like Halaster from D&D sometimes he’s a lovable loon, sometimes he’s a madman with a flair for the dramatic, or other times he’s just a cruel old wizard with a dark sense of humor. It all depends of how the DM views and wants to play him.

I know at the end it's just showing off all the different animators art styles but it also captures how much of a narcissist he is that he has so many paintings of himself just hanging up on a room somewhere

@@ArtemisMoon90 If I remember correctly, they were made for men in ancient Egypt sot that they are above the ground and not 'soiled' by the dirtyness of it. Both in practical and the snobbish kind where they say they are above others.

I know it's not canon, but I love the idea of this as like a prologue. He finishes singing this right before Missy walks through the door and is like: My time to shine! XD

@@PhoenixKnight777 Well, actually he can the whole thing around vampires not being able to see their reflection is because mirrors used to be made of polished silver(Which is seen as a holy metal and as such is dangerous for vampires and werewolves) and because of this it burned away their reflection. So if he has a mirror made of glass he could see his reflection.

The fact that angel and alastor are sitting at the table with alastor drinking wine *note that he doesnt have his staff.very nice touch!* and angel looking at himself with the mirror is hilarious and beautiful 2:02 for all the curious people

It's beyond impressive ! On animated collab there's always a couple animators that are seriously lacking compared to the rest. But here, I've seen none. It's an incredible project on a song I've held dear to my heart for a long time.

I absolutely love all the different characters sitting at the table at 2:02 . The zombie prostitute, Angel dust, alastor, missys “sister” (idk if that one’s accurate it was just mentioned in one of the songs)

Bruh Duke's cape swooshing through all of these is just perfection

It doesn’t look like the style that she has right now, it looks like the style she had when she made “The Night”

I just want to congratulate the 48 animators who brought this MAP into succession. It was fun seeing their versions of Duke and how they depicted him of singing those segments. I hope that in the future there would be another MAP for 48 more animators to show off their work in the Vampair series

That isn't Missmi it is one of her characters from Threnody called Nim, and the other Threnody characters are there too

He is extremely poppular and cool.For some reason here he looks more dangerous and competent that in the entire series.

Yep its her style but more refined with better shading and line work. Animator for that bit did an excellent job polishing her typical art style.

So many skilled animators working on this brings my heart joy

Seeing into his back story more he may have not been fully lying through his teeth.
