Batman shows up and regular criminals become batshit crazy supervillains. Joker becomes batman and all the supervillains quit crime and get regular jobs. That is honestly pretty damn funny.

All the supervillains know that with the real batman around, the worst that happens is their plans foiled and a small vacation at Arkham, from where they'll escape shortly after. With Joker in his shoes, nobody's safe anymore

Why wasn't this version of Batman The Batman Who Laughs? This backstory is much better.

I swear they had such a missed opportunity when casting Adam west, wasting his talent on a parody version of the character he was playing. I think he really would have made an awesome serious Batman I would have just loved to see how he would capture the broken man Bruce Wayne is.

Was I the only one who recognized that Bruce Wayne was wearing the killing joke suit?

Now I want to see The Batman Who Laughs up against The Joker Who Bats.

The Joker is going thru Psychosis Trauma after witnessing Batmans untimely Death. He is laying probably in a Hospital or Psych Ward unable to deal with the death of the only one who Truly wanted to save him. He was unable to deal with losing his family after his accident that took away his original identity ( Jack Oswald White ) and knew his only hope at regaining his real identity was Batman. But now that Batman is gone, all hope in his mind is gone as well. Joker is in his own personal HELL and his shattered mind cannot make sense because he cannot face the REAL Truth. Everything he loved and kept him whole and in control is lost, His mind is shattered just like his world.

He who gets slapped, Victor Seastrom. wow.

the whole thing is Joker's nightmare, he dreamt a scenario where batman dies. he doesn't know batmans identify so his subconscious has no reason to believe bruce wayne is batman

Pretty cool and ironic to think, that no matter who hits the hay first, they still torment each other in their own way, Knight Terrors are such amazing comics

Why couldn't they just make it a one-shot? Why end it with "it was all a dream"? Not everything needs to be interconnected.

I mean i usually go with the "removing the part of the brain that allows you to be satisfied" or the "sent to a universe where literally nobody cares and their only reaction is annoyance" approaches but eh. You do you i guess...

psychosis. The suit truely has no corpse, or is atleast has the illusion of a ccorpse. Probably some accident withjoker venom that makes one think they are batman. A baseball league with lex and wayne? The family, the kid, the rich job.
