I have never been someone who believes in God! But i listen to a lot of songs Sevin raps and he speaks facts. He's making me a believer out of me after 51 years of me not believing. I have been stabbed 3 different times and shot once when I was doing dirt on the streets back in the 80s and 90s. If Hog Mob ever come to Florida I would definitely love to attend one of your services! I am going to treatment today and I'm scared. scared of what I dont know. but I m really feeling alone but I woke up and I cried and I prayed that I make it to the doors and that I have the strength to know that I m worth it. fluffstheman I’ll try to make it easier to understand with a quick summary. But his verse is really deep! He was basically saying Christian back in the day really truly believed the scriptures and relied on the HOLY SPIRIT to reveal the Scriptures and to transform them from the inside out. They relied on the blood of JESUS for the grace and Loved the discipline that the father would give them to mold them more like CHRIST. The people in the first century of Christianity love the Scriptures and it was their authority and they feared God. Nowadays people care more about how they feel and not the word of God. People nowadays don’t like getting made fun of or looking stupid in front of other people so they try to do whatever they have to do so they can no longer feel uncomfortable. People now love being comfortable and love doing what they feel like doing even if the Bible agrees with it or not (people did what was right in there own eyes but it was evil in the sight of the LORD). Some people don’t even believe what is in the Bible but say they do and preach what they don’t practice or practice what they don’t preach. People use GOD JESUS the HOLY SPIRIT and the Scriptures for their own personal gain and not to transform themselves or the people around them for the glory of Jesus Christ. So what’s sevin is saying is that there were true believers who was willing to die for JESUS, die for the Scriptures, die for standing up for righteousness and nowadays we are even scared to tell people to stop sinning only because people will look at us weird or dislike us. People were bolder back in the day because they really had biblical faith and fear of GOD. Nowadays people don’t even believe Jesus is coming back so they just act how they wanna act just like Noah day before the flood. That was symbolism for the fact he was brought back too life in the Holy Spirit. Don't get it twisted brother. We're brothers in Christ speaking the same thing. But your view is skewed. Its symbolic for being reborn. Everyone's spirit is dead until filled with the Holy spirit. We're all born into sin because this world is so sinful. I can sense Sevin is doing what he's told. @DinkleDigeroo I always thought the same way. But Christ commands us to fellowship with one another. I suggest you keep going until find the church you feel at home with. Remember, you may very well be in heaven with these same people and be brothers and sisters in Christ. If not to please ourselves, but to please Christ. Serve, find out where you can . This will please the Lord

Sevin, this song speaks so much truth. I am nauseated by what church has become. I still have a close relationship with the Lord and attend an online bible study because I got SO TIRED of church business as usual. People showing up and leaving just as broke AND broken, but who is getting saved though? Enough is enough. God is NOT playing!

Prayer for Sevin to be convicted of any sin and led by Spirit in ministry family life and discipleship… so thankful for the song, may He ordain His Will in this ministry and get anything not of God out. Amen.
